Very small and untidy room/washroom... No space after Beds.... Fridge inside cupboard so no space in cupboard... No phone so each time u need to go down to talk... No towels in washroom... Beds also worst quality.... Better look for other hotel

I visited artal in feb 2023 it was very crowded the escalators were not sufficient for all this crowd thank god they gave me first floor so i can use the stairs else i could have to move early for prayers The service were effected badly due to the number of the guests corridors is congested and smells badly although they try to clean as mush they can however the corridor still smells The biggest advantage is the distance elmasjid elnabwy its about 5 min walk depending on which gate you chose

It was the worst stay in this hotel started from counter cold behaviour & no single day room service available during the stay of 4 days. Extremely unhygienic washroom with broken TUB & Tel without cable.

Not bad. And it is not so far from Alharam. Alot of people from overseas.

الموقع ممتاز وقريب على مدخل النساء للصلاة ولكن الغرف صغيرة جداً وضيقة جداً والنظافة لابأس مقبولة اما الوجبات لا توجد الا للمجموعات والفندق مزدحم جداً وتوجد مواقف سيارات مجانية ولكن ضيقة جداً وعددها قليل
