Receptionist is polite and approachable. Other staff are also similarly nice. Staff can speak several languages. It is around 20 minutes walking to the main masjid of Madinah. Some other masjid are close by also. I would say mostly it is walkable for everyone to get to the main masjid. It is around 15 riyals in taxi. Always official is better It is almost opposite Herfy restaurant and not far from airport or bus station for travel to and from Makkah. The area is much developed in the last year. There are laundry and grocery and general item shops nearby and restaurants too. Nice clean hotel in a nice location. The room is clean with windows, reliable hot water and air conditioning .Bedding is clean and there is furniture too. The room was nice and spacious. The building has lifts and is good for disabled and old people too

It was great experience, very clean and tidy apartment and very spacious which was very great, will definitely book again.

設施：房間裏沒有桌椅（建議老闆放個桌子和椅子）所以吃的用的都在冰箱上面，可能和當地人生活習慣有關，衹有二張床及一個冰箱一個衣櫃，地面鋪地毯。冷熱水齊全，洗澡方便，衞生間裏挺好。 衞生每客一掃，布草一客一換。 房間的窗户被老闆封死了（估計是太陽太哂，為了降低室温）有窗户但看不見外面，這個有點兒遺憾。窗户打開，看外面的院子，椰棗林多美多好。還有就是有空調（很吵）老式的很響的那種空調，但也涼快。240多人民幣的價格還行吧，對比沙特的物價水平。 去麥地那聖寺步行大約二十分鐘至半小時。
