Hotel was close to the airport. Offered a shuttle service. Sports Bar and restaurant was reasonably priced. Service was great. Front Desk staff awesome. Room was stocked well and very clean. Hotel was very quiet. Bed above all was very comfortable. Will stay here again.

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaints were the tv - the sound was tinny and annoying and the noisy, obnoxious light in the bathroom. Hint - use the timed heat lamp and avoid the buzz. Extra compliments to our server, Jessica, at The Grill restaurant, who went out of her way to make our dining experiences special.

The free breakfast was great..free hot meal at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Not ur average continental. Loved the convience of a bar and restaurant there. Had the big pool to ourselves. The hotel could use some updating but it was clean.

The 2 staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Bed was uncomfortable, room good sized, but this is not a 3 star hotel…unless you are talking about the lobby…2 star, or maybe 2.5 star. Our room’s outside door was hung badly, with about a 3/4 inch gap between top of door and door jamb…your could actually see into the room from the outside hallway when the door was closed. Slow serving staff at attached restaurant for evening meal (you could here them laughing, talking in “the back” instead of waiting on customers)…waited for 15 minutes just to place an order…and the restaurant was not even 1/4 full.

The hotel was easy to locate very hard to get to. It seem to be located in the middle of three major noisy freeways. Dining options were plentiful. Sorry to say nothing special about their malls or shopping.

Surrounding area is industrial and unsightly. Stayed in pet friendly room, which was located in lowest level, which had no elevator access for bellhop to carry numerous items, which was a huge inconvenience. Also, lowest floor sits below the parking level, so view outside was dismal and claustrophobic. Breakfast included was excellent since provided by adjacent restaurant, so it was hearty and quite satisfying.

pleasant check in, sit down breakfast, and basically clean. getting a bit shabby, garbage in the parking lot, smokers at the front door, the rooms are large, , aging fast. the microwave door was broken, but still worked, the toilet leaked, and it was just dated...

It was decent breakfast was limited to six different options and wasn’t that good from what I’m used to for made to order breakfast some of the pictures that are online are a bit miss leading online shows hot tub in room but it’s actually across the parking lot but once you get there it’s a nice setup and the beds for me are to soft and bouncy I like a firm bed myself staff was decent the shuttle driver I had wasn’t to concerned about me getting to the airport had the shuttle scheduled for a certain time so I’m standing there waiting for about 10 minutes and she is just standing there behind the desk just talking about what she did last night as I’m looking at my watch saying it’s time to go she finally saw me and then she figured that she would take me after me standing there for 15 minutes so I wasn’t to happy about that but over all it was decent but definitely not five star
