No respect for guests, constant laughter at guests for whatever reason. Don't appreciate this at all. The staff was rude and authoritative. No air conditioning, no blankets. Very noisy street and partying at night, difficult to sleep at night. The room was infested with roaches. They know they provide bad service but they don't care. Their lack of empathy is appalling.

An uncomfortable noisy place to stay. If you build a hotel on a junction with 5 busy roads and don't mitigate against that you get a noisy hotel. We booked a superior apartment and it was not possible to fit two people standing in the double bedroom space. We had to get dressed in the corridor. And you couldn't fit your bags in there. The living space had nothing comfortable to sit on. Plastic picnic table and chairs. Breakfast included but you have to pay if you want milk in your coffee. Come on people. The communal spaces upstairs included 2 soft loungers. Downstairs 1 sofa. There was nothing that made us think it'd be nice to chill out in either space. Meant to be minimalist and modern inverso felt uncomfortable and oppressive. If you want a crash pad without any comfort it's perfect.

Wow. Unfortunately my exit treatment was absolutely deplorable. Up until the , my service from Juan and the other gentleman working the night shift ( I forget his name 😳😳) was amazing. It is a lovely facility with good amenities - the rooms have no ventilation and are very uncomfortably warm. The location is out of the way and not much around , and importantly For me. It is NOT a gym- it’s a small yoga studio basically . However my lasting impression will be of the reception worker in the morning as I was awaiting my Uber. She went up to check My room before I left- which I’ve actually never had happen. She came down to the lobby waiving one of my towels around that I had used to put pressure on a small cut to my Foot. Like literally about an inch by an inch in diameter. Anyways I said I have to go my Uber is here. I was in complete disbelief. We have been in an ongoing debate via messaging since. They’re going to charge me since the stain is “prominent and won’t come out in one wash!” I have never had such ridiculously pathetic customer service in 30 years of travel.
