I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The natural feel with the plants throughout was a nice touch. It was a nice place to recharge halfway through my travels across Colombia. Staff were friendly. Bed was the comfiest I’ve had on my trip. I actually didn’t want to leave because the bed was so nice. Jacuzzi tub was good but I wish the water was a little hotter but I still enjoyed it nonetheless.

The property itself is very food and clean. However you can hear street traffic and sometimes they have private parties that can be noisy. Other than that place is modern and clean. Great service breakfast was also good.

What an amazing Hotel in the centre of Medellin. Warm and welcoming staff, they will accommodate your needs in within their disposal. You might even come about the owners and chat with them. The breakfast is included and it is amazing every day. The room and hotel is very clean and the bed is very conformable. Just their slogan itself is worth the trip back. The Facility is family owned and operated. The owner James was there to offer his services to whatever the guests needed. Paula, Sophia, and Laura was super nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there and would revisit when I am traveling to the area.

The hotel is just as you see in the pics: clean, new and cozy! The staff is super friendly and always going above and beyond to help you.
The only 2 things I didn’t like was that their restaurant wasn’t always open for dinner and the neighborhood where the hotel is located, isn’t the nicest to walk around. But it is very close to good areas to visit.
Really recommend it.
El hotel es exactamente como lo ves en las fotos: limpio, nuevo y cómodo! El staff es súper amigable y siempre están atentos para ayudar al huésped con lo que necesiten.
Las únicas 2 cosas que no me gustaron fue que su restaurante estuvo cerrado para cena la mayor parte de mi estadía (siempre abierto Iara el desayuno y muy rico) y que el vecindario no es el mejor o mas bonito para salir a caminar, aunque está muy cerca de áreas buenas para visitar.
Yo realmente recomiendo este hotel!
