The Farm House is a 100 year old 2 bedroom house that has been recently remodeled to give guests the best of two worlds; old time charm and modern convenience, It has a full laundry and full kitchen for home made meals. There is a master bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. We have a queen sized air bed and a roll away bed. With plenty of parking in front there is a big back yard for kids and pets.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Got what we paid for
On the surface everything was so cute and as pictured. Very well decorated. Downside: seeing the gigantic rat trap in the main bathroom was a bit unnerving. coffee pot plug couldn’t reach at the “coffee station” had to move it to kitchen. Creamer provided was old& dried up. No back lighting at all. Very rickety back stairs. A lot of rotten wood. WiFi extremely slow. We loved the affordable price so we got what we paid for??

Needs work
The house needs work, very old…has that old smell too. No TP when we got there, host immediately brings over. It was as if he was looking for an excuse to come. Very overpriced.
