퀄리티 인 마사틀란(Quality Inn Mazatlan)

We always stop in Mazatlan on the way back & from the U.S. as it is pet friendly and very easy to book & check in. Parking lot is very close to the lobby & attended 24 hours. Rooms are nice and bathrooms are very clean & modern. We stay on the ground floor and it works very well for all the things we have to get from the car for the dogs. Once you get settled, there is really no need to drive as there is an incredible choice of food and drink and also, ATMs, etc. within close walking distance. The breakfast in the morning is great with a ton of variety, coffee and juices and really great hot foods. They will also make you custom omelettes, waffles, etc. Every time we come to Mazatlan, this is where we stay.

Property is an older building. The city of Mazatlan is noisy and you could hear it all night in the room. The room was clean. Most of the staff made the stay pleasant. The night receptionist was very short tempered and not pleasant at all.

We had a great one night stay while waiting to get into Condo. We’re able to get late checkout for a small. The front desk clerk was very accommodating to our needs. Would defiantly stay there again. Great location.

It's always a pleasure staying at the Quality Inn. Secure parking, pet friendly, clean and includes breakfast.

Second visit here. Better room this time. The pool is nice and clean if warm from the ambient temperature, can't be helped. Lots of restaurants around, close to the beach.

I booked nine nights at the hotel and only used one night and they don't want to return my money. When I left the hotel I told the lady that I needed a voucher that said that I only used one night and she said that everything was in the system

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

3rd floor swimming pool was amazing and staff very helpful. Location is good and budget friendly price. Only problem we had was that the hotel didnt have drinkable water.

The one thing they didn’t have in the room we were at was an iron and when we asked for one they brought us 2 that didn’t work but the third one was the charm. Another thing that didn’t affect me but I saw was an issue was that on the description of the amenities it said the staff was bilingual and no one spoke or understood English and there were a lot of American tourists there, I had to translate a couple of times.
