Person checking us in was very rude. Apparently they really only like when you pay with cash, had a hard time getting them to charge my card. had reservations for animals. Couldn’t find reservations, pool is closed for renovations(was told it was open) outlets didn’t work, lights took forever to turn on, shower curtain had stains, on the back of the bathroom door there was poop, their breakfast was disgusting. Rubber sausage and eggs. Their waffle maker was broken, stains all over the walls their juice maker only had water. I will never stay there again. This was the WORST hotel I had ever stayed at.

Trash in room, unsafe practices. Door plate missing screw, and hard to open. Bathroom fan missing entirely. Middle light burnout above sink. Floor felt dirty. Mircrowave plate was not clean. Fridge was not cold. Weird hair in bedding when covers were pulled back.

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. The stairways and other areas needed attention. Went to use the hot tub and that was blocked off by chairs and empty, pool looked good but the lights were off and no way of turning then on to use the pool. The continental breakfast was nothing to be desired.

When checking out after being told when checking in that had to wait for manager. Again checking out I was told needed to wait for some unknown length of time to check out with the manager. When told they guy I did not have time to wait and what was the problem he had very bad english got out of him that my CC was declined, He than attempted to run it again, but was unsure if ran or not. I left as could not wait for them. I do see that the charge is pending with no problems on my card account

Toilet overflowed. Repeated calls for cleanup were ignored. When someone finally came to sop up the water we were told it would be mopped and cleaned "tomorrow". The chair in the room had a broken leg. When I sat in it it tipped over and I fell. Despite reporting this several times it was ignored until we dragged the chair into the hall and abandoned it. Housekeeping skipped our room and when we complained the manager said he vacuumed it himself, but didn't make the beds or leave fresh towels after ours had been used to mop the floor. Never going to stay there again.

Unfortunately the property was really dirty. They did have signs that they were engaging in construction, but there was a lot of projects that looked like they’d been abandoned. The hot tub wasn’t working, and the elevators smelled bad. Our room was also pretty dirty and broken down - the headboard was dusty (and there was a goldfish cracker sitting on it!), the towel rack was falling off the wall in the bathroom, and the area around the tub was dirty. We also had trouble getting somebody to help us when we first arrived - we had to wait about 10 minutes before somebody finally came. BUT… there was one HUGE positive. We had one of the king sized bed suites with a hot tub IN the room, that sat two people. It was AMAZING to have and we used it multiple times. The tub itself was definitely clean and there was more than enough hot water to fill it. Even though a lot of the property was subpar, the in-room hot tub easily made the stay worth it.

Hotel was obviously under construction. Pool and Hot Tub not operational either. Nobody was at the desk when I checked in.

Place was dirty, cobwebs everywhere, mold in refrigerator seal, microwave still had food splattered inside, No breakfast cause nothing has power in the breakfast room. toaster wouldn’t work microwave didn’t work couldn’t make a waffle, sausage and eggs were so cold sausage still has frost on it would not recommend will never stay again.

There was NOTHING I liked about this stay. This place & room was DISGUSTING. The room numbers were on the door front with a piece of scratch paper. There were exposed pipes in the hallways. The back doors had absolutely no security, it didn't require a swipe of the card it was broken it was unlocked 24/7. There were huge piles (5 years) of cigarette butts in the rocks along the back of the building. The room had 5" of dust and used candy wrappers under the bed. The pictures (framed art) were removed from the walls & and replaced with nothing but just exposed picture hangers on the walls. The "make shift" closet had no bar to hang clothes. Three must have been a mirror on the front bathroom door but it was missing & only large glue spots remained. There were large visible holes in the filthy carpet. The bathroom was very dirty, I had to wash the tub before using it. I tried to cancel the reservation with the desk clerk (Chris?) but he refused to refund any charges. You might want to rethink using your name attached to this Baymont establishment.
