팔레 블랑 리아드(Riad Palais Blanc & Spa)

From our pick up at the Airport to our drop off, everything to do with this Riad was beyond excellent. The rooms are huge, extremely comfortable and beautiful. The staff go beyond expectations with every request. Nothing is too much trouble. They will book all excursions for you. Breakfast is a veritable feast. Lunch and dinner are amazing too. I honestly can’t think of a single negative about this stunning Riad. Highly recommended. Our second visit. Close to the souk but you would never know once settled into the bliss of seclusion x

Very comfortable and spacious room. Great Breakfast. A huge variety of choices. Abdulah was very prestative and he keeps everything tidy and clean. The girls prepare delicious crêpes, scrambled eggs as well as some other typical food. Ahmed at the reception was very keen on helping us to find good restaurants and places to visit, how to get tickets etc. Girls at the SPA make a very relaxing massage after a hammam bath with black soap, exfoliation, use of clay and oils to smooth and regenerate the skin. A fantastic experience. I definitely recommend it. Lamya supervises everything and makes sure that every guest feels at home and makes the most of their stay at Riad Palais Blanc. Her restaurant suggestions were superb.

My wife and I have just returned from a memorable holiday in Marrakech. Having spent my entire working life as a national newspaper journalist travelling the world and staying in some of the best 5* hotels, I can honestly say the Riad Palais Blanc is up there with the best. A lovely hotel in a very central location. All the staff were extraordinarily caring and nothing was too much trouble. We were celebrating my birthday and all the staff came together to sing 'Happy Birthday' in three languages along with a birthday cake! I have no hesitation in recommending this delightful hotel which I am already booking again for next year.

The Palais Blanc Riad is a beautiful hotel in the Medina of Marrakesh. We stayed in a lovely suite, with a big terrace by the amazing pool. Breakfasts at the hotel were delicious. The staff are all friendly and helpful, with one exception. Ashraf the receptionist lied about booking our return airport transfer, charged us the premium rate ( which was reasonable for the arrival - a big private SUV), and proceeded, in a panic to flag down a street taxi, with no seat belts, limited luggage space, and a random front seat passenger. I would complain directly, but the contact email is administered by him. A really disappointing end to a lovely stay - I probably would not go back again, with him there. It would have been a five-star review if not for him.

Words cannot describe what a special place…as you leave the bustle of the Medina you entire a quiet and beautiful sanctuary…you will quickly finding yourself so relaxed Rooms are so pretty and breakfast has anything you could want But what makes this place so special is the staff..their warm and kindness are indescribable.. I felt ill while I was there and owner personally brought me special tea and biscuits .. I wanted a simple grilled cheese sandwich and they made me one in minutes Lastly it was my birthday and they helped me celebrate with the most delicious cake..it was all so wonderful..was so sad to leave..they are building a new spa and I’m sure it will be amazing! Literally anyway they they could help they did As a side note they are very close to an excellent Italian restaurant Limoni..a nice break from taglines..very pretty space and owner is great

Quiet, Charming, intimate oasis in middle of bustling Medina. Staff went overboard to exceed every expectation. brought dinner to our private terrace when too weary to go to dining room. . Attentive to every need. Bedroom and bath were both very spacious and sheets were incredibly soft.

This is an Oasis of peace amidst the chaos of Marrakesh! The whole place is idyllic - white decor and very zen. Perfect place to relax in between sight seeing and shopping. Our room had a lovely outside terrace - where we could sit each morning and drink our tea. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are AMAZING they really can’t do enough to ensure you have a lovely stay .

I cannot thank the hotel staff more for everything that they did for us. Every single member of staff was so friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond for us. From walking us to the money exchange place, organising restaurants and walking us to and from taxis late at night. There is a real sense of family at the Riad which made the stay very enjoyable. The rooms themselves were beautiful, a good size with a comfy bed. They had lovely terraces with day beds which led directly to the pool. The pool was very clean at all times. I would like to thank Ahmed and his team for keeping us safe and for a lovely stay.

While searching pages of properties online for a perfect stay, I was drawn to PALAIS BLANC RIAD. Normally I prefer colorful accommodations. Nowhere has a richer palette than Morocco, which is one of the reasons I love it there. But I also seek unique. Something about the cloud white riad seemed soothing … a blank canvas for a new adventure. It turned out, the serene surroundings made my stay like living in a dream. Though the riad is located near historical sites and shopping, I chose to savor every minute in the spacious infinity pool, jacuzzi, massage room, and comfortable suite. I especially loved my personal veranda overlooking the courtyard and my table-for-one in the upstairs dining room — both overlooking the pool. The meals were fabulous. Ahmed at reception, Abellah in the restaurant, and other staff members made me feel welcome and safe. While living in Marrakesh for two years and on return visits I've reviewed many riads and resorts. I HIGHLY recommend a stay here.
