Outstanding tranquil Riad forming its own oasis, with exceptional staff, beautifully maintained courtyard, stylishly furnished throughout with all courtesy to its traditional architecture. It's like the perfect metaphor....that is Marrakech.....beautifully chaotic outside, yet step through the ancient comforting door into the relaxing bliss of Thomas and Valerie's Riad and the world seems to take a deep breath....and chill.

We loved this riad! Not too sure I could come up with anything negative about it. We arrived late in the evening - the owners sent a car for us and even with the delay, the driver was waiting. We were greeted warmly by the staff - Ellhoussaine and Rioudan were terrific. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was delicious and plentiful and they had drinks available as well. The riad itself was stunning with beautiful interiors. Our room was gorgeous with excellent air conditioning, a super comfy bed, a great bathroom and shower and plenty of space for the three of us. Location wise the riad was great. All around an excellent stay and we would most definitely stay here again. If you want the classic riad experience, this really can't be beat - simply gorgeous!

Thomas and Valerie, the gracious French owners of this welcoming Riad were knowledgeable and helpful at every turn. The staff, Elhoussaine and his colleagues were friendly, fun and informative. The approach to this well-located Riad belies the charming and peaceful space within.

A great experience for our first riad! The place is beautiful, with a fairly sizeable pool that we enjoyed during our 4-night stay! The room was a generous size and was very comfortable. The staff were attentive to our needs and many questions. The location is very convenient too!

Great hotel! We had very last minute changes to our accommodations and Riad Rafaele was everything we could have imagined and more! Ridouan took exceptionally great care of us and made us feel welcome. Ridouan went out of his way to accommodate us and our last minute changes in plans. Thank you so much! The hotel is very chic and comfortable. The pillows especially were very soft. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Riad Rafaele was exactly the experience we were looking for: all of the architecture, the spaces and the rooms of the building are extremely beautiful, and giving a sense of authenticity of the Moroccan culture with respect of the comforts and cleanness. The Riad is located in a perfect position to easily reach on foot all the streets and points of interests. A particular thanks goes to the kindness and dearness of owners and workers that took care of us, from the tasty and typical morning breakfast (in the sunny terrace) to the served-tea in the evening after every walk around the city, with the plus of a pleasant cultural exchange with some of them. We have just returned from a 5 night fabulous stay at the very beautiful and well located Riad Rafaele. We could not rate it highly enough and can’t wait to return. We were welcomed by Adil who went above and beyond throughout our stay to make it special, recommending superb restaurants, helping us navigate Marrekech and arranging everything we needed. Our room was wonderful and incredibly ornate (I adore architecture!) we had several massages during our stay and they were superb. We highly recommend! Valerie and Thomas the owners were welcoming, kind and helpful and their staff are a credit to them. 10/10. Thank you so much. We miss you already and can’t wait to return!

We booked this riad due to its location close to the square and the quality of the accommodation. We have not been disappointed. The rooms are spacious, breakfast was plentiful and varied and the staff were very accommodating. The location is close to the Souk and easy to access the old Medena and new area. Highly recommended these guys if you are looking to spend a few days in Marrakech.

Such a beautiful, clean, amazing location! I did lots of research on where to stay and im so glad i chose this place. The entrance seems a bit hidden but once you get into the riad, you discover such a gorgeous location. Everyone was extremely helpful and even had the opportunity to meet the owner who was friendly and assisted us with an issue himself. The food here is so good! The chicken tagine was the best i had in Morocco! Definitely going back here when i return!
