My son & I planned to visit Marrakech and after quite a lot of research I settled on this gorgeous little Road. We are having a wonderful stay. Simo is the most amazing concierge you will ever find in your life. All the staff are very accommodating. Simo has been so helpful & kind, nothing has been a bother. The rooms are lovely, the outside areas are pretty. Everything is very clean. Totally recommend this little oasis!!

It was a lovely typical riad that was 15 min away from Koutoubia, next door to the musee de parfum, with lovely people, a different breakfast every day and we choosed the room du ciel with a private roof top and small pool! We will return back soon. Thanks to all the wonderful personnel!!!Shukran

The property is exceptionally quiet, exceptionally clean and above all beautiful in every respect and you have the highest level of privacy. The Riad is also located perfectly…and the moment you enter, the buzzig city quiets down. Spacious rooms, wonderfully designed with hand-picked antique furniture, fantastic breakfasts and dinners…but above all and most important aspect: the service was unmatched - SiMo, Rachid, Aziz and all the lovely ladies in the kitchen took care of us as if we‘re family…they offer all great advice, share their deep knowledge about their country and can offer you wonderful packages to experience Marrakech/Morocco (in- and outside the city)…we cannot thank them enough, they made the Riad even more special and were the reason why we felt so safe and so at home…and the view from the rooftop is gorgeous too - enjoy the sun coming up and going down - it‘s worth every minute. We definitely want to return (-: Practical info: they have a strong and stable wifi all over the Riad! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

The beautiful Riad du Ciel is an oasis of calm in the bustling Marrakech Medina. Our very comfortable room was traditionally furnished in true Moroccan style and contained everything you could need. A fabulous breakfast, which differed every day, was served just outside our room by the pool in the quadrangle. Service was helpful and discreet - would definitely recommend this Riad.

So much more elegant more beautifully furnished than other houses. Service superb even moved our table by the log fire specially lit for us.

We were fortunate enough to stay in the room ''Du Ciel'' which offers a private terrance and pool with direct access from the room. As a family with 2 young children this was a huge bonus. The room was large and everything was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely book again when returning.

Outstanding accommodation and great staff. I had only 3 days with my wife, daughter, son in law and 2 grandchildren but will return. The rooms were large, had superb large comfortable beds and were spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, very helpful and always available but discreet at all times. This is an outstanding place to enjoy the Medina and I strongly recommend it.

I had a long stay at Riad du Ciel and was glad I had chosen this wonderful place. The riad is located just north of some of the more bustling areas of the medina, which means a short walk to most of the attractions you'll be interested in visiting. The riad itself was beautiful -- a very peaceful courtyard and my room (the Music Room) was comfortable (good A/C, a nice little private patio, and a bathtub). Other guests have noted street noise at night -- from my experience, the Music Room was very quiet and I didn't have any trouble sleeping. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful. But the best part of my stay was the kindness and warmth of the riad staff. Simo and his colleagues all appeared genuinely interested in making my stay comfortable and fun. I would strongly recommend this riad to anyone.

my partner and I have just returned home after a week in rial du ciel. we booked it partly due to all the raving reviews about Simo, Rashid, and the staff. and they weren't wrong. Simo and Rachid are the perfect hosts. lovely people, not intrusive, and so on the ball. anything we needed they sorted instantly. booked us restaurants every night, sorted everything we needed. same goes for the cleaning staff, they never intruded, but the room was always immaculate when we returned from a days wandering. the room (superior room with private terrace) was beautiful. huge bed, high ceilings, great aircon, the best waterfall shower I've ever had. breakfast was a feast, and different every morning. gentle Arabic music wafting in from an adjacent room. Little birds always joined us, hopping around nearby. I can't fault it. 10/10 on all accounts. riad du ciel made our stay, and was a welcome oasis in the heart of marrakech.
