This could've been great and ended in disaster. Rude guests with no self awareness or respect for anyone else and hotel staff that have full conversations at midnight with guests. This IS A HOUSE, not a hotel. An echoey house at that. When we arrived the first colleague told us after 10pm we should be respectful of other guests and since we arrived after 10pm we whispered while checking in, this was no issue for us and we were relieved this was advised by the hotel as we enjoy the quiet ourselves. Well he left, and the new colleague didn't seem to follow these same respectful rules. Our last night we went to bed at 9, with an alarm set for 02:30Am for a flight at 5. We had ZERO sleep, as first we were kept up by screaming children apparently brought back to the hotel at 11pm running around the room shouting, followed by loud Spanish guests at midnight having a full conversation which I actually came out and told them to be quiet. Then at 1am a group of Chinese girls showed up, having again a full conversation in the echoey lounge which you could even hear from the roof terrace! I then asked the hotel why they weren't telling guests to be quiet. He said it's business but we weren't told that at the beginning. Apparantly checking in new guests means screw the existing guests. Muhammed was fantastic and also the 2 ladies (Miriam & another) who work during the day, I appreciate their help but this stay was ruined at the end by rude guests and hotel staff that apparantly have no awarness of other guests. Really a shame and definitely won't be going back.

Excellent location in the centre of kasha , very near to Sahdian tons and El Bahia palace . . very friendly and polite staff , very clean and beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast Moroccan crepes, bread, butter, marmalade, honey, coffee and milk, tea with mint, fruit juice

Buenas tardes. Nuestra estancia en el arabian Riad Marrakech ha sido muy satisfactoria. La relación calidad precio es increíble, dado que hemos tenido una habitación para los 4 componentes de nuestra familia amplia y limpia en todo momento. Los desayunos incluidos con la reserva de la habitación han sido variados y ricos. Hoy hemos tenido que desayunar con antelación al horario establecido y nos han preparado el desayuno expresamente para nosotros. Una noche cenamos en el Riad y estuvimos muy agusto y estaba todo muy bueno. Es verdad que el precio fue más caro que en los restaurantes que hemos visitado, pero fue muy cómodo cenar allí. Totalmente recomendable, por tanto.

Excelente trato por parte del personal del Riad.Calidad-precio , todo muy bien . La ubicación permite moverse con facilidad por la Medina , las habitaciones son amplias y el desayuno muy completo y cuidado.
