Wonderful experience. I would recommend this lodging to my family whole-heartedly. Beautiful facility, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and the most delicious food I ate the whole time I was in Morocco. I spoke to some other travelers at the riad and they also told me they just kept eating there because it was so good. I did try several other restaurants, including other riads, during my time there and wish I had just eaten here more often. It is remarkable how centrally located it is, but simultaneously quiet because of its cozy hiding spot down a short tunnel. The couple who own it are lovely to speak with and make you feel right at home. I think we must have sat there for an hour and a half at least just talking with them when we arrived. My wife had a dietary restriction and they bent over backwards to be accommodating, which we were very grateful for.

Inside the medina of Marrakech, just a few minutes walking from the main street, a beautiful and calm Riad is there. Very nice building, sophisticated room, well organized terrace, super nice staffs, delicious foods. Everything I experienced here was excellent, and I can definitely say that this Riad should be your first place to sleep in Morocco and can go beyond your expectation! Thank you for everything, and hope I can meet all of you again in the near future!

Absolutely Beautiful Riad in a great location. The food was amazing with a large selection to choose from at Breakfast. The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back soon.

First time in Marrakesh and I travelled solo in June 2023 for my birthday. This hotel came highly recommended from a friend who has stayed here on multiple occasions and I’m so glad I took their advice - this hotel is delightfully charming and even more so because of the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and hassle free. I love a boutique hotel and there are only 9 bedrooms in total; I stayed on the top floor in Coral room. The room was well appointed with a spacious bathroom and beautiful fresh roses displayed on the dresser. The breakfast and dinner was tasty with the chicken tagine being one of my highlights - the chef, Aziz is amazing and I always looked forward to his dinner creations. The service from staff was outstanding! They all made me feel welcome especially Valeria who I chatted with extensively during my time there - she gave me some great advice and tips to help me navigate Marrakesh. Abdul and Omer were also friendly and were always willing to make my stay feel special. I can’t wait to return as this hotel is a hidden gem!

My wife and I just returned from a fantastic week in Marrakech. One of the highlights of our trip was staying at the Riad le Clos des Arts in the heart of the Medina. Owners Massimo and Georgina as well as their team went out of their way to make sure our stay at their riad as well as in Morocco was special. They arranged tours for us, made several restaurants recommends (all amazing!) and invested in our trip with many tips and suggestions. The roses for my wife on our anniversary was an especially nice touch. The riad itself is a beautiful oasis in the Medina and provides a welcome relief from the chaotic souks. I have had the great fortune of visiting 37 countries over time and this property and owners rank as #1 in terms of hospitality. We will visit Marrakech again and will only stay here.

We had the best time celebrating a friend’s birthday in this extraordinarily beautiful riad. The friendliness of the owners and the entire staff is truly outstanding! This place is so welcoming and the local food is very tasty, too. We hope to be back soon.

This hotel is special. Every detail of the decor and service made our visit to Marrakesh memorable and wonderful. Delicious food, wonderful hamam, the peaceful roof deck, and first class service create an oasis in the Medina. We are definitely visiting again!

One of the most welcoming hotels I've ever stayed in... Such a warm bath of hospitality, friendliness, unburduning, and all in a beautiful setting. Right in the middle of the Medina and still quiet and peaceful. After a rough time at home my sister and I spent 4 nights here and though I'm always well organized and prepared for a holiday this time staff really took it out of our hands and took care of advice, reservations, transportation, safety. On a late night out they provided for a trusted cab driver who met us in the hotel, walked us to the parking (5 min. walk in the Medina), took us to Comptoir Darna, then picked us up again on request and walked us back from the parking to the hotel. For our last day with a flight in the evening we were looking for a nice place to stay for the afternoon. Staff arranged for a beautiful Country Club with sunbeds under the olive trees, a driver that took us there, held our suitcases in his car and after a few leisurely hours took us to the airport. But those are experiences outside of the hotel. We were very happy with our beautiful room, a fantastic dinner of authentic Moroccan cuisine, the relaxing rooftop, the ginger-lemon drinks for free (yummy!), and not to forget: a great Hammam and massage. All wonderful but still topped by one thing: the superb hospitality of the great staff who made us feel at home. Thank you from the Netherlands!

From its understated elegance in architectural and interior design to its warm and welcoming staff, we consider ourselves fortunate that we found such a Riad. And from the owner and manager to the kitchen, security and cleaning crews, everyone was friendly, more than helpful, and accommodating to our needs including a special birthday. Their advice on the nuances of particular things to see and do were spot on. We will recommend Riad le Clos des Arts to anyone we know wanting to experience Marrakech.
