We stayed here 2 nights. On the first night our toilet clearly had a problem and was leaking : we told the staff the next day. They said it was fixed. Same problem happened next night. Instead of being sorry for the unpleasant scene and smell (yes I do expect toilets to work whilst paying over 200e a night) the manager has accused us of urinating outside the toilets. So here we go : photos to prove that the leak comes from the toilet. Bizarre he accused us in writing once we left, and not to our face, when we complained for the second time at check out (he then offered a bottle of wine out of the 3 we had to settle for at check out, which we thought was pretty slim going given the complaint we were expressing, but little did we know he actually thought we were urinating on purpose !! ). Extremely unprofessional, dishonest and rude on his behalf. To my comments about : - the shame for an eco lodge not to have a vegetarian option his answer was : Moroccan cuisine is rich in meat. (It is also rich in vegetarian food....) - slow service, his response was because of Ramdam, and insinuated that we should not come to this country if we were not ready to accept the different culture. (we are all for respecting other cultures, we waited on purpose to come to the table at 8pm on our second night to take into consideration there 30' pause to break fast, even then the service was very slow as it was in the morning. Besides we also overheard the manager complain about the slow service himself on that eve, so a bit of honesty would be appreciated ! Very aggressive, disrespectful and strange way to deal with your customers
