Riad 72 is very beautiful and serene. The rooms are large, very stylishly appointed and very clean. The staff were all incredibly polite and helpful. We had a great meal in the restaurant one evening. Position perfect. Riad 72 is a wonderful place. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay both times at 72 Raid. We started our trip with a night there and had a room on the ground floor just past reception. The room was lovely, spacious, and we had no issues with noise. We then ended our trip with 3 more nights but this time we were on the 2nd floor. Once again the room was lovely and had a private terrace, very spacious, and no noises issues. Both rooms were nicely decorated, clean and super comfy. The breakfast was excellent and the one dinner we had was one of the best we had in Marrakech. Their rooftop pool and lounging space was lovely and super comfy. The service was professional, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the Raid itself is beautiful.

This is a great place to stay. The location was excellent - seemed like a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was incredibly attentive and the room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was also great. This is exactly the kind of place I hope we end up at when booking somewhere for the first time. Highly recommend it if it fits your budget.

I stayed here in March with my husband for a week to relax and discover Marrakech. The Riad is in a great location, minutes from the walls of the Medina. It is a beautiful building. We had a superior room with its own roof top terrace. The bed had high quality bedding and a large comfortable mattress. There was a good shower and we were looked after well by the housekeeping staff twice daily. The only thing I would have liked was more light in the room. I really found it quite annoying that I couldn’t see my clothes in the wardrobe. A few battery operated lights inside the wardrobes would be a good idea if electrical ones cannot be put in. I have read this mentioned by someone else as well. The restaurant area by reception is really stunning and the food was very good. Breakfasts were good but maybe not the same standard I would usually expect from somewhere of such a high standard. I would have preferred having more fruit available as I don’t really like breads and pastries for breakfast. The views from the roof top terrace and pool area is amazing. We had breakfast there and had evening drinks and used the pool area. The staff were always very attentive. The reception staff were also informative and helpful. All in all we had a really enjoyable stay and I would return but maybe ask for a lighter room.

We just completed a week long family stay in one of the larger suites at 72 Riad. Our stay was nothing short of fabulous. The property itself is immaculate with beautiful structure and furnishings. The restaurant delivered the finest dinner we enjoyed in all of Morocco. And after a busy day navigating the streets and sounds of Marrakech, the Riad was an oasis of quiet elegance and calm on return. The staff provides a five star level of service to guests. And the GM, Stefania, was incredibly gracious and responsive to every question or request we had. Simply stated, we highly recommend a stay at 72 Riad whether traveling as a couple or a family and we cannot wait to return again soon.

72 Riad is incredible! We went for a short break in early March and were blown away by the whole place and all the people working there. It's a beautiful building, the staff are incredible - so warm, welcoming and friendly, and the service was second to none. Finally, the food, which was equally as great! We'll definitely be going back and recommending 72 Riad to all our friends and family.

We had an excellent stay at 72 Riad. All the staff are very helpfull and really nice! They look after you and are willing to do the extra step to make your stay really comfertable. The rooms are beautifull, luxurious and clean. The private rooftop was wonderfull! The food is good and I never had better Marrocian tea. We will be back! Thank you Stefania and all the staff!

This was our first trip to Marrakech and experiencing a Riad. We’ve now stayed in two and can compare. This place is beautiful and very friendly. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The staff is always eager to help and provide excellent service. Comfortable bed and nice shower. All in all a great experience and highly recommended. We walked everyday into the markets and tourist attractions. Great location to see everything, but also outside the noisy market

This is just a wonderful place to stay on the edge of the Medina in Marrakech. Everything was first class - large room, beautiful lobby/dining area, super helpful and friendly staff. I could go on but it may be most effective to just say we didn't have a single even minor complaint about any aspect of our stay.
