리아드 스와카(Riad Swaka)

We really enjoyed our few days at Riad Swaka. We stayed in the family room with two teenagers and found it clean & comfortable with enough space for four of us. An oasis of calm in the middle of the Medina. Abdul & Samir and the team made us feel very welcome and were very helpful with tips for where to visit, good restaurants to eat at, and even how to barter in the souks. Breakfast on the roof terrace was plentiful - a mix of local pancakes, pastries, yoghurt, omelettes etc changing each day. We took the Riad up on the option of a taxi to meet us at the airport (Euro 20) and they met us to guide us on foot for the last couple of minutes to the Riad - glad we did as I’m not sure we’d have found the Riad initially without their help! Location was very convenient though - right next to Palais Bahia and a ten minute walk to Place Jemaa el Fna. We’d definitely go back if we return to Marrakech.

The team at the Riad are so helpful and friendly. Not only did we receive a warm welcome, but the friendliness remained throughout our stay with tips on places to eat, things to see and best ways to travel. The team also advised us on prices which was very valuable. Breakfast was good, changing slightly each day. No chance to get bored. Location:- perfect for exploring the city and right next to the palaces.

– Staff were amazing , very helpul and kind made us feel like home. Riad in an excellent condition from the entrance you could smell lovely fragances. Excellent breakfast. My two teenagers were very happy Thank you Abdul and Samir you truly are amazing hosts

We arrived late (midnight) at the airport and requested a taxi which the riad kindly sent to us... Nothing more comfortable than being taken care of after a flight. Abdoul and Samir (during the day) took care of us, with warmth, knowledge, and kindness. The riad is in a quiet area of the Medina, the little map provided helped us not to get too lost! Breakfast was heaven, we were provided with eggs every morning as we are intolerant to gluten (so crepes or bread are complicated for us), and Samir even provided olive oil from his village for us (passionate about olives and olive oil) to try,Bless him! The room was lovely, and quiet too (the only problem could be noisy neighbors if they are not respectful), otherwise, fantastic room and bathroom, we felt at home immediately! WE WILL BE BACK AS SOON AS WE CAN!

Latina and abdouel (night manager) were amazing. The morning breakfast was really good. Room was large and accommodated four adults well. Finding the Riad was a bit difficult at first-great location.

Worst Riad ever. I have helped my manager to book that Riad, she had the worst 3 nights ever, the pictures on booking and website are not the same as the reality, the pool looks big but it toooo small you can't swim in it. The owner behave unprofessionnel... I don't recommend

Nous avons payé 4 nuits au Riad Swaka à Marrakech, 110 euros/nuit, pour ce prix, nous pouvions espérer dormir tranquilles et avoir un petit déjeuner digne de ce nom, sans oublier pouvoir nager dans les 2 piscines (comme indiquées sur le site). Réveillés des 6h37 en raison des travaux de démolition du Riad voisin, nous avons dû nous contenter d’un petit déjeuner avec pain de la veille (réchauffé au micro onde, vu de nos propres yeux) une brioche industrielle (voir photo) et des gâteaux sans sucre. Bref rien de bon. Ok la déco du Riad est joli mais ça ne nourrit pas et la photo de la piscine est une véritable arnaque! Comparez les 2 angles de vue des photos et vous comprenez pourquoi nous ne ferons pas de pub à ce Riad ! Nous avons voyagé dans tout le Maroc et ce fut notre seul désillusion!

Joli Riad un peu vieillissant, magnifique terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur les jardins du palais voisin. Il a de belles et grandes chambres. La literie de notre chambre était un peu usée/molle. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Il est un peu éloigné de la place et de son agitation, les ruelles pour arriver avait des poubelles étalées avec les chats qui se battaient. Endroit très au calme voir un peu trop lorsqu’on veut bouger le soir. Le petit déjeuner était tés bien, les crêpes pain et confitures, tout était bien frais. Le service a l’accueil et petit déjeuner était parfait, les 2 personnes très gentilles, pas trop envahissantes et de bons conseils.

Nous étions 12, famille et amis. Nous sommes restés 6 nuits. Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement Une équipe professionnelle, bienveillante, aux petits soins, toujours disponible et heureux de faire plaisir et de partager. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour Nous étions « comme à la maison » Samir, Abdoul et Zaira nous ont fait découvrir leur pays et ses merveilles avec une grande gentillesse. Triste de les quitter, une belle rencontre humaine Merci
