Excellent host and service. Christoff was always helpful.

Hard to find but the service is good. The breakfast is late and we didn’t have any even we bought it

We stayed here for a couple of nights and would never stay here again. We didn’t know what to expect as it was our first time in a Riad but since we have stayed in a few different Riad‘s, and this was by far the worst.

It was a last minute booking . And the price was cheap so I guess we get what we pay for. Chris was a really nice guy even though he speaks only French we managed to communicate. The service was very basic. So don’t expect much such as room service etc.. Also during our stay the room was so cold i had to sleep wearing my coat. We tried to turn the AC on but I guess it wasn’t working properly or we didn’t know how to use it . I didn’t bother asking to see how it works because we would come late at night and did’t want to wake Chris up . The rooms are next to each other so you’d hear the doors closing/ opening and one night I think new guests arrived and we were asleep . It was very annoying as they were talking right next to our room and it wasn’t pleasant at all. We woke up really frightened as we thought someone was coming into our room. Other than that the place was close to basically everything . The price was cheap compared to other Riads . I wouldn’t personally stay there again but It’s not that bad for someone on a budget. This Riad is a genuine rustic gem! A true relic of times gone by. Located in the Medina with it’s colour, noise and mayhem and yet so quiet and tranquil at night. Our host Christophe was excellent and very accommodating even in the early hours of the morning on arrival and departure! Nothing was too much trouble for him. The breakfast was delicious.

This Riad is wonderful. It has a beautiful Moroccan design and a really good Moroccan experience. My friend and I stayed 3 days and we loved it. The host named Chris is wonderful, he was very helpful and always friendly.

Our accommodation was not so good. There were two of us: a guy and a girl and the man who takes care of the riad never looked me in the eyes and I found it really disrespectful towards women. We went out 3 days in the desert for an excursion, paying this nights in the riad, and when we came back the cleaning had not be done, there was no no toilet paper and we found the shower hose disconnected so we couldn't wash up ourselves. The air conditioning didn't always worked only telling it to the keeper twice he fixed it because the first time we tried to say him he watched us like it was not his problem and it has been very tough as the hot weather in Marrakech in August. Personally I'd no suggest this riad. For sure there are better ones and with more comfort too.
