리야드 나스린(Riad Nasreen)

This Riad is tucked away in a quiet spot in the downtown. Extremely friendly staff welcomed us and were very attentive! Khaled and Habib made sure to know they were available for us. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed delicious breakfast twice. If we return to Marrakech, we will definitely be staying here!

The hotel is hidden down back streets (as are most) but we felt safe at all times. Perfectly located for all activities. The staff are amazing and so helpful. I cannot fault the hotel at all. We didn’t eat an evening meal at the Nasreen unfortunately as we spent most of our day exploring the breakfast was traditionally amazing with amazing coffee. Would definitely book again.

Riad Nasreen welcomed us with typical Moroccan hospitality into the lovely facilities. What atmosphere! Our room on the first night of four had a few details amiss (nonworking heater, etc.), but the management upgraded us to a larger room. We loved that it was inside the medina walls--we walked out of the riad directly into the fabulous atmosphere of medieval Marrakech!

Stayed for a week, returned yesterday. I simply cannot wait to go back here. Even the staff (young Khalid!) said they looked forward to seeing us again. The location is a very short walk from a small market and taxis can drop you here. Also easily hailed from the corner it’s usually 40-50 dirhams to the Square, the Jardin Marjorelle, Mamounia etc. It’s not far to walk to popular restaurants in the Medina. Once you walk there once along the quiet cobbled streets it is easy to find. An unassuming door but it’s like a paradise inside. Perfect after a hot day walking the souks. The Khalids, Habeeb and the manager are all extremely helpful. They gave us tips especially about eg the excursion to Essouraria and the seafood market. The two hammam ladies treated us three times in a week, it’s so affordable but it feels like complete luxury, and the convenience of being in the riad means you can completely relax. I recommend eating here especially the Moroccan salads and tagines. The coffee and mint tea is wonderful, served with a smile. We even had tea on the roof in the pagoda. The pool is meant as a cool down, I believe if you want a massive commercial pool holiday a traditional riad like this is probably wasted on you! Immerse yourself in the culture and also enjoy luxury what an amazing city.

A beautiful, traditional Moroccan Riad in the heart of Marrakesh. If you want to experience the real Morocco I cannot recommend this Riad enough. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is tranquil and relaxing after a busy day spent in the souks. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a beautiful traditional feel. We treated ourselves to the hamam, which was lovely. The food was also really delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return. This experience was far superior to a generic hotel stay!

As soon as we arrived, we had the warmest welcome by Kalihd. Our stay was amazing. The friendliest staff we have come across during our many trips overseas. Everyone was so kind and thouhfull. One point room no: 4 shower needs a little tender care lol 😆

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who gave us tea and cake. We were then shown around the Riad before being shown to our room. The property was quiet and relaxing whilst also being within the Medina. The breakfast was lovely and we were very grateful that they were able to accommodate us to have earlier breakfast so we could do different excursions in the day. The breakfast included fresh baked goods and homemade yoghurt. The property had great views of Marrakech and the Atlas mountains from the rooftop. All the staff were incredibly friendly and we had a great stay.

A lovely hidden treasure! At first I was a little concerned about the maze of alleyways not accessible by car, but quickly learned behind the doors was a safe, clean and very welcoming home away from home. The staff were always saying here you are family and they took very good care of us. They made sure we had reliable transportation to see sites and get to the airport, always walking us to the closest street access point. The location is perfect for shopping, eating, and really immersing yourself in Moroccan culture.

We found the riad comfortable, clean and very friendly. And very good value. Nice comfortable beds and the maids cleaned the rooms well every day. There is a sunny roof terrace with shade and a little pool to cool off. The staff were really helpful and honest. Khaled in particular was enormously helpful he and his younger colleague found my Apple EarPods that I left on the terrace and kept them safe for me. And Khaled also helped us in our last day by popping to a neighbour’s house to print out our boarding passes (as hadn’t realised that Marrakesh airport need paper boarding passes not via your phone). The breakfast served every day was very nice with variety each day - some kind of pastries/pancakes, bread and jams and cheese spread with a piece of fresh fruit and some delicious home made yogurt and plenty of coffee or Moroccan tea.
