Echoing what others have said, a lovely, warm, peaceful place close to the bustle of the medina. We took the riad’s transfer and it was so easy. We wondered how we would ever find our own way after following the trolley through the maze but it’s so much easier than the first trip appears! The riad was beautiful and authentic and so quiet when you turn off the main street. We loved breakfast on the terrace and interacting with Simba and Minute, the resident cats. We even had a drink after returning a couple of night, the riad will sell you beer and wine if you wish. Ahmed was so warm with a very gentle way about him. Every piece of information and recommendation he gave us was great, seriously just do everything Ahmed says and you’ll be fine! He even booked coach tickets for us when we asked about it. We loved chatting to him, he is a credit to the riad and his cousin was also very courteous and efficient.

WOW what a find staff fantastic ,booked there transfer it’s a must as you would never find , arrived late on arrival had tea and cakes, manager marked all places to visit and spent time with us before showing us our room, Breakfast amazing again nothing to much trouble , after the first night I found bed to hard and everything possible was done to make me comfortable they even filled a hot water bottle each night . Even offered to store backpacks as we were on a late flight , I can see how they have won so many awards on trip advisor.

This Riad is a hidden gem in the heart of Medina in Marrakech, We arrived late in the evening, so had booked the hotels airport transfer and Barrow Boy to guide us to the riad, and were really glad we had as its worth every penny, we would never have found the place (first time in Marrakech) Upon arrival we were given tea & cakes and a very comprehensive guide to the city with recommendations of sights to see and places to eat personally by the owner. We had a stunning traditional room on the first floor, supplied with all toiletries etc and immaculately clean. Breakfast was served either in the downstairs courtyard or on the rooftop terrace (your choice) and consisted of freshly baked beads, pancakes, fruits, cheese & jams etc with orange juice tea & coffee! superb. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the staff, my partner found the bed to be too firm so they fitted a topper to the bed for her. I can see why there are so many good reviews and would definitely recommend this place and will return 100%

Riad Boussa is a lovely, welcoming oasis in the heart of the medina. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and feel at home. The hotel itself is very pretty, with a nice rooftop deck for breakfast or an rest in the afternoon. Reaching the riad is a bit of an adventure. You fight your way through the pedestrian and motorcycle traffic of a busy road, then turn off on a quiet side street that leads to the peaceful, hidden hotel. The rooms are a bit small but quite comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Really love this place… is close to the hustle and bustle but is very quiet. Slightly daunting on the first walk to the hotel through the small back streets but felt very safe with kids playing and a mosque on route. Staff couldn’t be friendlier and want to please. Delicious breakfast on the roof terrace with the resident cat. Tip is to book a taxi from the airport via the hotel. Is more expensive but as taxis can’t get to the hotel they arrange a man with a cart to take your luggage and guide you there. 5/5

Right in the thick of the medina. Exceptional staff. Spotless clean. Plentiful breakfast. We had some excursions booked already however staff happy to recommend and book anything on your behalf (I recommend Isis Spa for your hammam and massage 2 minutes away!). If you are looking for the best oasis in the middle of the beautiful chaos you will be hard pressed to find anywhere better than Riad Boussa.

They were very professional. Ahmed made sure we had our airport pick up. He supplied us with a map that got us around Marrakech without getting lost. Marked all the sites in the map. The breakfast was outstanding and at night we had dinner there one time. That was also great but too much food. We definitely recommend this place. Small, comfortable and great service.

Riyad Boussa deserves all the star ratings, but most of all for the wonderful staff looking after us. The proximity to the hustle and bustle of the main square is fabulous, but the riyad is a secluded peaceful little oasis, spotless and traditional. Ahmed, Mohammed, Karima and Sarah went above and beyond, whether booking a hammam for us, or organising transfers or taxis. Nothing was too much trouble and it's so much easier to have this contact with Ahmed speaking fluent English and being so warm and friendly. Thank you so much, guys, we will recommend your beautiful riyad to all our friends and family x
