I would say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Morocco. This is what a true 5-star hotel should be. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the experience at Four Seasons Marrakech was exceptional. When I went to the reception desk to check in, we received a very warm welcome with traditional Moroccan tea and dates. I had a small issue with my booking because an agent had booked three rooms but was unable to complete the payment for me. The staff handled the situation extremely professionally, and because of the inconvenience, they even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. It was a wonderful way to start our stay. The rooms are huge, beautifully designed, and finished with luxurious, high-quality materials. Everything was extremely clean and tidy, and you can really feel the quality in every detail, not only in the room but throughout the entire resort. My wife and I stayed here for four days, and we enjoyed the resort so much that we barely felt the need to leave. In fact, the only reason we went out was to have dinner. There is so much to do within the resort that you really don’t need to go anywhere else. Breakfast offers a great variety and is of a very high standard. The resort has several restaurants and bars, and the food and drinks at the swimming pool area were amazing. There are two separate pool areas, one for adults and another for families, which makes the experience very comfortable and relaxing for everyone. The spa is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly with the luxurious and peaceful atmosphere of the resort. Everything is designed to help you relax, and the quality and attention to detail are exactly what you would expect from a genuine 5-star hotel. There are also plenty of activities. You can play padel or tennis, use the fitness facilities, relax at the spa or by the pool, or simply enjoy walking around the beautiful grounds. One thing I especially loved was the fresh air in the morning, surrounded by all the trees and greenery throughout the resort. The service is on another level. They have a WhatsApp number where you can ask for anything you need. They respond very quickly and, most importantly, they actually follow up on your requests. This level of personal attention makes a huge difference. What made our stay even more special was how kindly and professionally we were treated by the entire staff. I especially want to thank Jihane, the General Manager, who made both me and my wife feel extremely comfortable and welcome. At the end of our stay, after a quick call, they also arranged a late checkout for us, which meant we could fully enjoy our final day relaxing by the pool instead of having to rush. I have stayed at different luxury hotels, but this is what I would call a true 5-star experience. It is not only about having beautiful rooms or luxurious facilities; it is the combination of quality, cleanliness, atmosphere, attention to detail, and especially the level of service and hospitality that makes the difference. Four Seasons Marrakech has set a very high standard for us. A huge thank you to Jihane and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back!

服務很不錯，可以做spa泡温泉，服務態度很好，員工基本都會説英語
