우리는 리아드에서 최고의 경험을 했습니다. 우리는 네 명의 여자 그룹이었고 직원들이 매우 환영해 주는 것을 느꼈습니다. 우리는 특히 나이마와 모하메드의 친절에 감사드리고, 우리의 경험을 안전하고 즐겁게 만들어 준 모든 멤버들에게 감사드리고 싶습니다. 또한 그들은 우리가 시도해 본 것 중 가장 맛있는 차를 준비해 주었습니다 :) 마라케시로 돌아갈 때 어디로 가야 할지 알고 있습니다!

우리는 3월에 리아드 벤돔에서 2박을 했는데 정말 멋진 숙박이었습니다. 모든 것이 완벽했고 모로코 팀의 세심한 서비스에 감사드립니다!! 주요 수크와 가까운 훌륭한 지역에 있으며, 광장까지 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 매니저인 나이마는 훌륭했고, 메디나의 문화를 이해하도록 함으로써 항상 안전하다고 느끼게 했습니다. 야간 매니저도 훌륭했고, 우리를 맞이해 주었습니다! 스파와 옥상 테라스에 자쿠지가 있는 매우 편안한 숙박이었습니다! 정말 감사합니다 ☺️

정직하지 않아요... ***********를 통해 예약했고 확인을 받았고 모든 것이 괜찮아 보였어요. 얼마 지나지 않아 Eric에게서 Whatsapp 메시지를 받았는데, 스크린샷을 보면 ***********에서 취소하고 직접 예약하면 할인을 받을 수 있다고 나와 있었어요. ***********에서 확정된 예약의 안전을 선호해서 그냥 두고 마음의 평화를 위해 더 많은 비용을 지불할 준비가 되어 있었는데, 그러자 경보가 울리기 시작했어요. 제가 그냥 두고 간 탓에 분명히 화가 났을 거예요. 아마 제가 취소하고 직접 예약할 거라고 기대했을 테니까요. 그래서 제 신용카드는 사전 승인을 받지 못할 것이고 다른 카드로 업데이트하지 않으면 예약이 취소될 거라고 말했어요. 다른 카드로 카드를 업데이트했는데 얼마 지나지 않아 ***********에게서 제 카드가 다시 거부되었다고 이메일을 받았어요... 이 카드는 6개월 동안 출장을 다니면서 사용했지만 전혀 문제가 없었어요. ***********에게 연락해서 무슨 일이 일어났는지 알렸는데, 그 여성은 꽤 친절했지만, 제가 예약을 취소할 수 있는지 물어본 것 외에는 별로 해결책이 없었어요. 다행히도 취소해 주었고 다른 곳으로 갈 거예요. 이런 놈들 조심하세요... 저는 호텔 업계에서 23년 일했고 이런 종류의 사기를 본 적도 있고 들어본 적도 있습니다. 가장 대표적인 사기는 오버부킹인데, 호텔이 오버부킹을 한 다음 다른 고객에게서 더 많은 돈을 받고 있기 때문에 예약을 취소하기 위해 할 수 있는 모든 것을 다해 고객을 내쫓는 것입니다. 보통은 비슷하거나 더 나은 호텔에 예약해야 하지만 그렇지 않은 경우가 많습니다. 신용카드 사전 승인은 고객을 예약에서 제외하기 위한 고전적인 수법입니다. 때로는 더 좋은 거래를 할 수 있는 다른 호텔에 예약해서 고객의 예약에서 돈을 벌기도 합니다. 확실히 말할 수는 없지만 이 모든 것이 사기처럼 느껴졌고 예약을 취소해서 다행입니다. *********** 다른 고객의 경험으로 판단해 보면 이런 일을 한 적이 있고 앞으로도 확실히 다시 할 것이므로 이 놈들에 대해 뭔가 해야 합니다.

Very nice people working in tis Riad.Mohamed and the girls very good atenttion with us. Close to the center to go shopping. Nice and safe Riad. We had a Great stay and we love Everything. Beds confortable and nice rooms. We Will come back!!!!!

Very cute riad, nicely decorated, with good location and friendly staff! Rooms were clean, not very spacious, but big enough. The reception area is beautiful and the rooftop is great, offering enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy the sun. I will recommend this place to my friends and really hope we will visit again some day.

Wonderful staff, perfect location, quiet, peaceful and understated. Decorated nicely, felt like a genuine old Maroccan home. Our room was cleaned daily and the temperature was great. Rooftop a sunny oasis with wonderful views and places to relax. Friendly cats and homely atmosphere. Concierge always available day and night to help with any of our needs. Will definitely come back

We booked this Riad for our first few nights in Morocco. What a disappointment it was. We had reserved a junior suite, but upon arrival we were given a smaller room and expected to pay the same price. When we questioned this, the night manager's first words were 'so you make trouble right from the beginning, you need to pay me now'. We offered to pay for the first night and reconsider our position, but the only options we were given were to stay in the small room, for the price we paid for the suite, or to pay twenty Euros per night more for a different room. The night manager could have accepted our money for one night, but was in fact so rude and unwelcoming that we went in search of (and found) alternative accommodation instead, despite the late hour. In addition to this debacle, the Riad proved to be nothing like the pictures online (we booked with *******). It is old and tatty, pokey, dark, and generally not nearly as pleasant as is suggested by the website. It is also quite hard to find, being down a dark alley, around a corner and badly signed. I can't recommend this establishment on any level, based on the fact they double booked my room, because 'they had a better booking'. Also the night manager was very unpleasant. Also, he expected me to call his boss myself to sort the problem out, after offering us a downgrade or paying more money for another room. Also because they refused to give me a refund, took my money without permission, even though I did not stay there because my room was double booked. Also because the place is not on any level as nice as the pictures suggest. To be clear, they gave our suite to another paying guest, then charged us for it, even though we did not stay there. They are crooks. I hate writing bad reviews, but this place needs to be avoided, at all costs. It's not great, they are thieves, don't stay there.

We booked Riad Vendôme for a Hen do party in Marrakech for 20 girls. The riad was the perfect place to celebrate Lila's hen weekend and we hope to be back. Thanks Naima and Mohamed for this wonderful time.

the one star is for the wonderful staff at the riad who deserves a 4-5 star on their own.. the owner is a bit shady as he cancelled my *********** reservation the day BEFORE we checked out - we had been staying for four days already- all so he doesn’t have to pay the commission at ***********. the riad is cute but sound travels from one room to the other easily. we were going to leave a positive review w some areas to improve - but then the entire scam of cancelling our reservation happened.

Esperienza molto positiva!! Un bel Riad che offre molti servizi! Personale molto disponibile,ogni nostra richiesta è stata esaudita… Fatima e Mohamed due splendide persone! Posizione strategica in una zona ricca di negozi e ristorantini … e soprattutto molto sicura

Fabuleuse expérience de cours de cuisine au Riad Vendôme. Excellent accueil par le propriétaire des lieux ainsi que par Naima qui vous enseignera les secrets de la cuisine marocaine, des salades, des tajines… Après un thé de bienvenue dans ce très joli Riad, Naima vous guidera dans les souks pour acheter les ingrédients nécessaires à la préparation des plats que vous cuisinerez. Ensuite place à la pratique, et pour finir à la dégustation des plats que vous avez cuisinés.

Espaço super agradável, sereno bons quartos. Boa localização, muito central mas afastado da confusão. Atendimento impecável, com staff sempre disponível. O rooftop maravilhoso com óptima vista. No dia da chegada serviram-nos o jantar tardio sem qualquer problema. Agradecimento especial aos funcionários Mohammed, Fátima e Fadma. Recomendo.
