비치 온 식스쓰(Beach on Sixth)

Accommodation was amazing. The unit layout was fantastic with plenty of room and loads of storage. The view of the beach was beautiful and the unit was immaculately presented. Close to shops, downstairs coffee shop and surf club nearby. Very enjoyable and will stay again.

Excellent view and location. Close to the beach. Management is exceptional and went the extra mile to make the stay very enjoyable and one's experience is "a-home-away-from-home-vacation". Everything was enjoyable and welcoming.

Returning holiday goers to beach on 6th for 8 years and this year was the first time we've found our stay terrible, first we didn't get the room that we had booked and confirmed after traveling 5 hours to get there we found this out as we got there and after arguing with management who were rude and arrogant did nothing to help resolve the situation and told us to cancel. Also the price has nearly doubled from 2023 and the maintenance of the complex is terrible, many lights in room not working bathroom door handle not working, air conditioner leaking fluid. In the gym bathroom the toilet would backup when flushed, the bbq in the pool area was disgusting and we spent 20 minutes cleaning it before we used it.

Penthouse booked and paid for in full for the week over New Year’s. Two days after paying in full (and less than a month before Chris**as) I receive a call to advise that I would not be happy, but the owner has decided to stay here for New Year’s Eve and our booking was canceled. We would be refunded. I was incredibly upset. I explained that legally she could not do this. Her response whilst apologetic was she had no choice. She said we could stay another time with a free night, but given my husband has his own business and can only take off a short amount of time each year this wasn’t possible. Was also given option of staying in a much smaller 2 bedroom unit during parts of our available days, which given the circumstances I think is in quite poor taste. After an incredibly traumatic year with my child’s health, this was the holiday we needed and I do not have any fight left in me this year to take matters further. This accomodation won’t always honour confirmed bookings. Simply another example of selfishness. Please be incredibly careful when booking. Refund has come through.

Although we booked Beach on 6th, we were sent next door to rise and although the accomodation in rise was good it wasn't what I booked. No excuse or explanation was given just hears the keys.

Nice quiet area close to beach and river. Good sized apar**ent, tastefully decorated. Plenty of crockery.

Sunrise over the ocean is amazing. Spacious apar**ent. Warm and helpful reception staff. Best ever bakery cafe - selections all day were excellent - and all on ground floor.

I loved everything about this property!
