Absolutely amazing hotel, food, location, entertainment and the rooms are all fantastic. Will definitely be back .

Staff are absolutely amazing so welcoming Sudi couldn't do enough for us when we dinned in the restaurant along with Jun always smiling and asking if we needed anything further. Check in wasn't amazing as we arrived in the early hours and the information was lost in translation. The highlights for me was the engagement from Nas in the entertainment team so engaging and fun to engage with never a dull moment when doing water aerobics Hasan is an absolute delight never let the drinks empty great smile and personality to match. You must visit the spa and ask for Malia she has hands to cure any aliment amazing soul too. My favorite moment was the Motown night amazing talented singers and we danced the night away. Breakfast & Dinner wouldn't be the same without Musut this guy is a legend. I would recommend but more guest toilets are required. Thank you to all the team you made the stay a great experience.

This hotel deserves top marks if you like this type of hotel. However I prefer somewhere with more space around the pool and a decent view from the balcony with comfortable chairs to relax and some traditional charm which this hotel has none of. It’s ultra modern and what I’d expect from a city break hotel. That said the choice of food is excellent and the staff are a great bunch of warm friendly people. In fact this hotel is faultless. I am glad I stayed there for the experience and enjoyed all the shopping for bargains. All the shops price their goods in pounds which makes shopping very easy. It was our first trip to Turkey and we will definitely return but will find a hotel with more space around the pool in a quieter location. Would I recommend this hotel. The answer has to be yes if you want something very modern.

We booked as a last minute break and our expectations were quite low but we have been blown away by the hotel as we are at the half way stage of our two week stay. The only observations (not complaint..) I can make at this stage are as follows 1. Negotiate with your tour operators to include the TV and Safe as part of the deal - it’s would be a small increase in holiday price if all rooms had these facilities included rather than charged as extras. 2. The choices are minimal for someone looking at gluten free options - not that I have starved but struggling to find variety - perhaps having a separate gluten free section ? 3. Consider having some top shelves liquors that your guests can pay extra for - the local offerings are okay but sometimes it’s nice to have the option to pay a premium for better cocktails. I am sure the next 7 days will be great Thanks to all the staff for a great holiday so far…

Our 1st visit to Marmaris in 16 years and it has changed quite a bit. Lots of fake shops but that’s just what you get I expect. We stayed at Lalila Blue Suites. Hotel is very clean with nice reception area. Rooms very small. Our room had a nice view of the pool. On arrival at 3 in the morning we had to call room service as the curtains were hanging off the window. Housekeeping should have noticed this when preparing the room. Bathroom had no ventilation, towels of very poor quality and often threadbare. This was the same for pool towels. Very little worktop space for toiletries for 2 people. No face flannels provided. Shower was good with shower gel and shampoo provided. 2 very small wardrobes with no cupboards or drawers. Only 2 sockets which were located next to the television and none near the bedside area. Fridge stocked with two bottles of water per day. Bed quite comfy. Safety deposit box, tv in room and Wi-Fi were charged as extras. Free Wi-Fi only in communal areas. Restaurant was nicely laid out and staff were pleasant. Food was very repetitive and often cold. When dishes ran out they were often not replenished. The juices were the worst I’ve ever tasted….watered down. Only 1 coffee machine as the other broke and was never repaired. We enquired if they had gluten free bread and were told yes. What was brought out was a disgrace. The slice offered had been broken in the bag into about 6 small pieces and was as hard as croutons…inedible actually. Salads were good as were deserts. Fruit selection very basic with only apples, oranges, rock hard melon and some grapes. No bananas. There was only a 2 hour dinner window which was 1900-2100 and dishes removed before that time and lights put out bang on 2100 with staff asking you to leave the dining room. Bar staff inexperienced in preparing drinks. For example very often no lemons for drinks and they said they had run out. Hello….call the kitchen for more. Lids left off the large tonic bottle causing the drinks to be flat. The hotel advertises a section of private beach with sun beds. This is true, but said beach is a disgrace. Very filthy and littered. Entertainment was of a good standard but not long enough. We would probably not return to this hotel again as there are hotels of a much better standard available.

We had a really great experience at the Lalila Blue. The hotel was clean and hygiene it has all the things that was listed on the brochure. Very convenient to the shopping, beech and other attractions. The staff at the restaurant and hotel was very polite and professional always showing courteous manner and smiling. One of the manager Mesut, always said hello when weever we go in the restaurant to dine breakfast or lunch. Good swimming facility and bars serving drinks and foods through the day. The choice of food provided at the restaurant was five stars! Always fresh healthy and tasty. Very large selection of foods from across the globe. My family really had a great time we will be back again.
