아우라시아 디럭스 호텔(Aurasia Deluxe Hotel)

The hotel was very nice with extremely helpful staff. We went all inclusive. The food was lovely, a good selection and very tasty. Drinks...hmmm! The wine and beer were to my taste cheap and nasty. Both the red and white wine tasted like battery acid! And the beer was light and dry. (Tuburg, I think) That said I stuck to Gin and Tonic, which you can't really f*** up! Lol Another minor ****** was the coffee/cappochino! YUK!! It used powdered creamer ffs! Come on, get proper coffee! NB. I mentioned this to the food and beverage manager...and they are sorting it. The wi-fi is slow...Not sure why, but it did work. People say the pool is small...but we had soo much fun in it. And it never got crowded. The sunbeds had towels on them with no one there quite often...Thats wrong. We just moved them if the people were not there! Grr. The hotel was spotlessly clean, I heard other hotels were not so clean?

The most terrible staff I’ve ever seen ☹️☹️☹️ And overall stay was not pleasant, I don’t recommend to anyone

This is a ultra low all inclusive ( said by management) .i mean ultra low .......the staff are VERY ignorant and get very upset if they ALL are not in the restaurant ( cafe ) 1st......we had to qsk for the pool area to be cleaned as it was filthy..i mean filthy .the inclusive drink is gin vodka raki and flat beer ... we have holidayed thousands of Times and this is the PITS 100% ....... PLEASE BELIVE US IT DISGUSTING......fotos of the hotel look wow . The food is omg slop.....utterly tasteless....fruit was nice.

Don't not go to this hotel . Its ultra low all inclusive ( MANEGMENT WORDS ) DRINKS ARE FLAT BEER LOCAL GIN AND VODKA AND QUALITY RAKI.....FOOD IS SLOP AND TASTELESS .....even the Turkish people were appalled...the music is an unbelievable boom boom boom volume..the manegment are the most ignorant humans we have ever met in our entire years of travelling...they get very upset if your in the restaurant ( cafe ) before them ....even the waiters and cleaners have priority ..its a filthy disgrace.... do not waste your hard earned money.

Showers were mouldy and beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The air conditioning kept turning off and the fridge to keep water cool in 30 degree heat, failed to work.

The staff (one super kind woman) was available to help at the front. We were given first a room with to single beds instead of a double bed (were a couple). Then they had no wifi and no laundry as advertised. They also had 2 towels and no toiletries in the bathroom. The room was larger and had AC but only when you were in the room with the card and the door is shut. The fruit was old but the food was good. The location was near the beach and the busy street where the bars and restaurants are but it was soo loud, I had to wear ear plugs. Noise died down around 1230. I felt it was way over priced.

Besides the average buffet the rest of the hotel Wasn’t a good experience. The surrounding noise from the bars made sleeping a nightmare, the noise from the hotel itself was another issue. The hotel needs to seriously consider to do something about noise insulation.

JDW was amazing. We stayed in a terrible hotel on the first night in Turkey and luckily came across this one last minute. Amazing price for all inclusive. Exceeded our expectations. Room was clean, staff so friendly and humble. Really welcoming after a disaster of our first hotel. Food A range of meals and dishes every night, something to look forward to and not to be disappointed Room Modern and very clean. Location 1 minute walk away from the beach, a range of shops and restaurants. Felt like I knew the area like the back of my hand after one night Service Friendly, welcoming, warm, polite, helpful Couldn’t recommend this place enough - would definitely come back
