그랜드 빌라 솔 아파트(Grand Villa Sol Apart)

We stayed here in June and end of October/November this year. We returned after our June trip because we had the absolute best time at the grand villa sol. It is a nice small and friendly hotel. Hotel is clean, the food is good as are the drinks. And the hotel team well they are just the best. Freddie and his team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and enjoy your time while staying here. You really do come as guests and leave as family. They work endless hours day and nights making sure everyone is having a good holiday and it’s always with a smile too. We can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of us. And can’t wait to join them again next summer. So to Freddie and all of the Villa sol team, thank you and see you soon.and hope you enjoy your well earned rest. Just back from our second visit of the year to the best place, Grand Villa Sol. Me and my friends love it here! The foods amazing the atmosphere is amazing and the staff treat you like family. We cannot thank Freddie and his team enough for always going above and beyond. None stop laughs and good times from start to finish! We also meet the best people every time we stay here (other guests) everyone enjoying their experiences together! We are already planning to return in May, and are counting down the days!

Firstly the good bits. The room is a really nice size and very clean. Ok thats about it. Had hot water 1 day out of 3. Manager doesn't want to know. He basically calls you a liar. Charge for toilet rolls. Been all over the world and never been charged for toilet rolls before. Meant to be self catering, but only 1 fry pan and 1 saute pan, no microwave or toaster. No ladles, serving spoons or fish slice, or anything like that. Pillows are so hard and thick, they feel like you've got housebricks in a pillow case. Bleeding awful. I would highly recommend YOU DON'T use this hotel. I'll definitely not return.

Me and some of my family have just spent 10 days here can not fault then rooms was cleaned everyday and the staff went above and beyond so helpful will definitely be returning xx

Lovely clean had,to pay,for toilet,rolls,no toaster,or microwave in room Lovely pool area bit expensive for drinks but had a lovely time ⏲️

Absolutely shocking hotel! The customer service is none existent. We stayed for 7days and out of the 7days, we had hot water for just 2 of them. When I approached the hotel manager about it after day 3 he basically called me a liar and told me that it was only that day that i didnt have hot water. He told me that i would have warm water (not hot) for 2 hours only later that night but because they run off solar energy there was nothing he could do. The whole 7 days we were there, my towels or my bedding did not get changed once, i had the same from the day i arrived until the day i left, personally i think that is disgusting especially when it states that they will be changed every 3 days! The cleaner came into my room daily but not to clean, just to make the bed and sweep the floor, surely they are supposed to clean. They also never replaced the toilet roll and when asked the manager for somemore he advised we had to pay for toilet roll, only our 1st roll was free! I have no complaints about the room itself, it was very spacious and quite a decent room, you get what you pay for but the lack of customer service brings it down. I would definitely NOT ever recommend this hotel to anyone and if i could give it 0 stars then i most definitely would!

Well what can I say, I would not stay here again, I shall put it bluntly, ignore the good reviews as they are deceiving! If you don't spend your money on the premises they are rude and ignorant, one day my husband asked for a 5 litre water bottle and it was 50 lira, I went down at night for another and the barman said it was 60 lira, I had to argue back and fourth until another barman came and said it was 50lira, they make the prices up as they go along, another couple who we met said one night that their drinks came to 330 lira and the next night it was 380 lira the breakfast has an awful taste to it, the sausage tastes like gone off meat, oh and another thing the drinks are very very expensive, for instance a vodka and coke is £11 which is very expensive, they will even charge you for toilet roll at 5 lira each, I have never heard of anything like it and me and my husband have been all around the world and have never had to pay for loo roll, and self catering is a joke, you only get a saucepan and frying pan, cutlery and thats it no meat knife, no toaster, no microwave, oh but you do get a fridge, if you lose your key card for your room it's a £70 charge, if you want a safe it's £20 which is located downstairs in reception so not even in your own room and if you want airconditing for a week it's £50 , the place is an absolute rip off, however there is only 2 good points the pool and how clean the hotel is!

This was a fab break for me and mum in law ,friendly greeting when we got out of our transfer car ,checked in no issues our cases were carried to our basement studio perfect for what we needed. Food is great and drinks are extensive all staff are great so helpful will be back for a visit ,pool area is clean plenty of sunbeds

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks last April had a great time Eddie and all the staff are very friendly. While walking back to the hotel one afternoon one of the staff came down and picked the pair of us up on his motorcycle. We were upgraded to an apartment which was great, Eddie and the staff couldn't do enough for us. A great holiday was had and the people we met also some laughs. Will be back again some time.
