How can you get EVERYTHING wrong? The property is dated and needs a refurb, the beds sag and are bad for your back. The food is awful, inedible, it’s stale and not to food hygiene standards- it’s a crime against cuisine. The staff are unhappy and miserable and let it show every time you interact. They are not even indifferent they are actively antagonistic. The WiFi doesn’t work, towels at the poolside are a luxury good, pillows were last updated in the 1980s. The double bed is actually a single bed. No service at the pool and if you want dinner after a 10 hour flight please wait 2 hours as they don’t have space for you! One can’t believe this is a Hyatt group hotel the standard is so low. The all inclusive offer is irrelevant because you don’t want to be there and you certainly can’t eat the food. Worst experience after a few days we had to leave the place every morning paying over USD 100 each way to get a taxi to another part of the island to save our holiday. We ended up only using the hotel to sleep. Three days into the holiday we made the mistake to eat dinner at the restaurant - I ate the spinach risotto, within 30 minutes I had excruciating pains, vomiting and diarrhea and had to be sent to hospital with an ambulance. The doctor told me it was acute food poisoning from the rice had to get intravenous drips and painkillers and cost USD 1200. As I was leaving the hotel tried to get me to sign a liability waiver and did not take any responsibility. Do not recommend.

If you are in need of a getaway that alloes you to relax and reset, Zoetry is the perfect resort for you! Despite the resort being quiet and very relaxed, there's plenty of excitement away from the resort via boat excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed the Joy Cruise excursion, which allowed us to see the Pitons, a beautiful waterfall after a mud bath, and eat authentic Carribean cuisine.

Our stay at Zoetry Hotel in Marigot Bay had its highs and lows, creating a nuanced experience that warrants attention to detail. Pros: Suite and Pool Proximity: We were fortunate to have a suite in close proximity to the pool, offering breathtaking views. The room itself was nothing short of amazing. Friendly Staff and Culinary Delights: The staff at Zoetry Hotel were genuinely friendly, contributing positively to our overall stay. The culinary experience was a highlight, with amazing food adding a delightful touch to our visit. Cons: Security Concerns: A significant downside marred our experience when items were stolen from our car during our stay. It was even more disheartening that the car was in the hotel's care 100% of the time after our arrival, as we didn't use it until departure. When we notified the hotel about the theft, they assured us that the head of security would call us back on two occasions. Unfortunately, this promise remains unfulfilled to date, leaving us disappointed and frustrated. Suggestions for Improvement: Strengthening security protocols, especially when guests entrust their vehicles to the hotel's care, is imperative to ensure a safe and secure environment for all visitors. Zoetry should improve communication channels, ensuring that promises made to guests, such as callbacks from the head of security, are fulfilled promptly. We won't be back. Far too many other hotel options in St Lucia who value safety!

Zoetry is stunning. Highly recommend! ******* VIP access qualified us for a beautiful room upgrade. It was amazing!!

Property was dated and in poor shape. The room was clean but not up to 4 or 5 star standards. I would rate it 3 stars at best. No elevators or way to access rooms except stairs. Flights of stairs. Hyatt needs to invest in this property and bring it current. Broken railings and worn/unsafe looking staircases throughout the property. Maintenance had to be called for a few issues. Staff was kind but could use professional staff training that would marry 5 star service. Would not recommend this property to friends.

We had a great time at this hotel the staff are very nice and friendly. The property is very clean but if you have issues with stairs request a room closer to the marina or main floor. No elevators and some suites are up 4 levels! Also the beach in across the marina so you have to take quick 30 sec ferry ride over. Hotel bathrooms need a bit of updating but everything else was great. Special thanks to Jamel and Captain Vibes for taking care of us!!

I booked one bedroom with private pool. The photos online looked beautiful. When I got there it was a 2 hour wait to get the room. When the room was ready, I was shocked. Horrible and dirty. I expressed my concern to front desk and checked out writhing 25 minutes

Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.

Limited food options with limited menu. Asked for a banana and they said no. Hyatt bought Zoetry last year and there is no oversight, hence employees do as they desire. An hour wait for meal and drinks.
