선 팰리스 웰니스 호텔(Sun Palace Wellness Hotel)

It is a very nice hotel with a great stuff. We were more than pleased with our stay. The hotel rooms were clean and there was enough space everywhere. The hotel spa is small but great and we had such a good time. Lastly the breakfast and dinner were amazing and we enjoyed the stay.

Nice hotel in center of Marienbad. We had a nicc room in the 5th floor with a wonderfull view to the park. The room was clean and very cheap. Breakfast was good with all you need. Service was friendly.

Pleasant 5-day stay in a Sun Palace was without problems, clean rooms, nice staff, the swimming poll a little to small for swimming, but with sauna also very good. Standard buffet breakfast. Probably wholegrain rolls were missing :-). Very good hotel location, near the singing fontain (probably the nearest in the city....)Thank you.

Hotel personnel was always friendly and ready to support and help as best as possible. Alle rooms bright and sunny. One elevator from top to underground. Roofed parking close by, about 4-6 minutes' walk, at 240 CZK (240 Kč) per day. Free choice at breakfast and dinner, set up as buffet, slightly different variety every day. Right at the spa park and colonnade with the singing fountain. Lively, enjoyable, relaxing. Horse-pulled carriages close by within a minute. Small indoor spa pool okay for a little swim, with a switch to turn on a strong countercurrent stream (like swimming against oncoming waves), and a switch to turn on a strong massage waterfall.

The location is awesome, breakfast very good selection, healthy choice as well. Miss Eva extremely helpful and nice, this lady is there from very early until the night, she is the heart of the hotel. The only negative thing is the size of the sauna, only for 2 , it is located together with small pool and shower and it is not practical. To sauna you go no swimsuit than you shower but shower are together with swimming pool, so dressing back and forth and switching to sauna is not practical. Small capacity of the sauna and pool for the whole hotel

Stayed one night only, but was satisfied. + Very nice and bright room, comfortable bathroom with both bath and shower. Just at close proximity of spa centre - colonnade. Many good restaurants and cafes behind the corner. Good breakfast. - Just one disadvantage - on Saturday at 7am the main attraction of spa colonnade - The Singing Fountain - shouted and woke up whole hotel.

Carpets VERY dirty, a lot of spots on it, esspecialy in front of the toilette and bathroom. Missing sockets near bed, mobile phones or computer charging close to bed was impossible. Wash-hand basin leaky in the toilett. Curtain very dirty, damaged and full of marks and one curtin missing. Very POOR lighting in the room, especcialy in the bathroom and no working light bulbs on the floor. Very old, damaged and hart mattress. From 2 tv s in the room, one was not working properly and was damaged (scratches on display) and the another one was almost impossible to be operated by remote control never cleaned. DISGUSTING to touch it! Resume: cleanliness inacceptable, in the room and also in the breakfast room, very poor variety of food, poor communication and understanding between guests and hotel stuff espeacilly in a 4 stars hotel I am very disappointed and i will never come back to your hotel

The money we paid for week stay you cant complain. Happy with half board dining;great customer services in reception by Michaela. The only downside of our stay was housekeeping - we had to ask for full clean or towel change on daily basis but after we had our full cleaning the room was awesome.

Nice room. Nice location. Nice breakfasts. Terrible customer service. No internet/WiFi. No room serviced. No toilet paper. Rude receptionist refused to acknowledge complaints. Nothing done about lack of WiFi.
