NH Marbella is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip in Spain until today. Location is good, rooms are spacious, utilities well maintained, breakfast copious, staff is friendly, parking spacious and wifi good. Works underway did nit interfere at all.

푸에르토 바누스와 아름다운 해변과 가까운 훌륭한 위치에 있는 매우 아름다운 아트 보테니컬 스위트 호텔은 10월 중순에도 마벨라에서 수영을 할 수 있으며 호텔은 버스로 구시가지 마벨라까지 10분 거리에 있으며 호텔 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 로비조차도 아름답게 장식되어있어 집과 같은 편안함을 느낄 수 있습니다. 주인은 젊은 이탈리아 커플인 Mrs safa와 Mrs beniamino입니다. 그들은 매우 달콤하고 친절하며 특히 많은 그린과 레몬, 올리브 냄비와 꽃 냄비가있는 아름다운 발코니에서이 아름다운 스위트 호텔의 모든 구석에서 그들의 사랑을 느낄 수 있습니다. 아침 식사도 일반적으로 좋았습니다. 그것을 추천하고 내가 marbella에 다시 오면이 호텔에서 agaij에 올 것이다 💓

The style and design of this pension is beautiful. Its situation in the Old Town is ideal; lots of very lively eateries and bars just around the corner and only a ten minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are small and bathroom tiny. There is a lack of shelves for toiletries in the bathroom and both soap dispensers were broken. We had to hand-hold the shower head because it did not fit in its holder. Could do with a bit of money being spent on the rooms but, other than that, it is fine.

전반적으로 우리는 Marbella로 멋진 여행을했고 호텔은 깨끗했고 방에는 우리가 필요로 하는 대부분의 것들이 있었고 발코니에 주전자나 옷 건조대가 없었습니다. 수영장은 괜찮 았고 선베드가 6 개 밖에 없었기 때문에 수영장 지역에 올라갈 때 얻을 수없는 며칠이있었습니다. 호텔은 분위기가 전혀 없었기 때문에 낮에는 헤드폰을 끼워야했습니다. 가격대비 괜찮은 호텔이지만 조금 더 지불하고 앞으로 다른 곳으로 갈 것입니다.

Paid for club premium suite as per the picture on their website. Four poster bed, lovely terrace for our wedding anniversary. What we got was no four poster bed, the smallest terrace I have ever seen. You practically have to climb on the table to get to the chair it is that small. In fact the superior rooms which are not suites have bigger terraces / balconies. When we complained we were promised a suite change to the 4th floor (bigger suites) on our 2nd day. We told the hotel we would be out for the day and not back until 9:30pm. They told us the room would be available. When we got back to the hotel they had given it to someone else, no apology, just “nothing we can do as not available”. Appalling customer service. Club premium suites are not the same as the pictures on their website and as they vary in size. The website is very misleading and this suite is not as advertised. Suites also give you the use of a “premium” pool which only has 8 sun loungers (not enough) and is certainly not “premium” by any standard. We are still here for another 3 days but would not recommend this hotel, they are very disorganised and the customer service requires significant improvement. Pictures attached for comparison.
