더 타운 하우스 - (성인 전용)(The Town House - Adults Only)

Bursting with old town charm. Patricia and her team went above and beyond to make our visit with them both memorable and thoroughly enjoyable. Wonderful breakfast in the morning and afternoon cocktails on the terrace. Great restaurants nearby and easy walk to the water front.

Nice little hotel. Location very good - by the old town, some two hundred meters away from the beach. Plenty of restaurants to visit. The staff? Great service thank you. They even called us the day before arrival to ask for our check-in time to ensure everything is ok. We had a car hired from the airport. There is nice parking house within two minutes walking distance.

I really wanted to love this hotel due to the reviews. And there are some aspects I really enjoyed. The staff was phenomenal - very friendly and always willing to help. I love a good boutique hotel, so I was excited to find this one, which is centrally located in Marbella. Close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The hotel is a bit outdated. The rooms and bathrooms could use a good restoration, but they made a great effort to decorate nicely, which I appreciated. The dealbreaker for me was that our rooms had ants. And not 1 or 2 ants. There were many ants on the floor. This made out stay VERY uncomfortable. The staff gave us bug spray, so we were able to spray that, but then we had to let the small rooms air out before we went back into the rooms. The spray helped some, but it did not fully get rid of the ants. The staff also re-mopped the floor. They were so helpful and did all they could to try to rectify the problem, but we lived with those ants for 2 days, and I was very unhappy, uncomfortable, and disappointed. There were no other rooms to put us in and we prepaid for our rooms, so if we left for another hotel, we would have been losing a lot of money. Again, the staff was kind and did as much as they could to help, but no one wants to sleep with bugs on the floor. I would not return to this hotel due to that reason, unfortunately and would not recommend.

This was a lovely place to stay. The rooms are well-appointed and very comfortable. We had a small balcony that looked over a cute cobbled street. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The location is bang in the middle of the Old Town and is within easy walking distance of the beach and other places. We also enjoyed a high-quality breakfast. Would highly recommend it.

Perfect situation by down town, beach and it’s restaurants easy to to reach. Very little hotel, so didn’t have that high hopes. But, everything worked smoohtly. Check-in, breakfasts, everything. We kind of met only one younger lady of the personnel when staying. But she was so friendly and nice. Could easily visit again. Thank you from Finland.

We were only in Marbella for a couple of nights to visit friends and wanted a hotel in the old town. We are so glad we chose the Town House Hotel. The hotel has a wonderfully relaxed and welcoming atmosphere helped by the warm and welcoming staff. We booked a standard double which was spacious and comfortable with everything you would need. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection. We will definitely go back next time we visit Marbella.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Travelled with my daughter for one night. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were really friendly. Breakfast in the morning was faultless. The roof terrace was lovely although we didn’t have the time to use it. Would definitely recommend.

The best hotel in Marbella everyone was super friendly and nice this my second time staying at this hotel and I’ll be coming back. ❤️
