Back Door doesn't LOCK AREA OUTSIDE VERY DIRT. WITH GARBAGE, OLD MATTRESS AND OTHER ITEMS NEAR THE BACK DOOR.

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The smell when you walked in was heavily scented with air fresheners, no doubt to cover up something much more unpleasant. I waited at the front desk for over 30 mins for someone to check me in. When I called to see if anyone was available to help me, they said they had gone off the property to pick up some things and would be back in 5 mins. 15 mins later, someone finally arrived. At that time, i advised that I wanted to cancel my reservation. They told me that because it was after 4, I could not cancel. Even though reason it was after 4 was that I had been left waiting there.

Pretty much a no frills place with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Plus housekeeping understands “do not disturb” so you can sleep in if needed.

During the night it was too loud. There were people conversing, banging the doors many times. It does sound they were cleaning rooms. No hot water in the dining place, told us get it from the faucet.

Front desk with highly visible office was an untidy mess. We were not met with friendliness. Property is in need of renovations. Room appeared clean but extremely outdated and obnoxious red wall did not coordinate with bedding and drapery Small blood stain on bedspread and uncomfortable pillows. Was awoken at 650 am with what sounded like a gymnastics class above and could not sleep so we abruptly checked out. Thank goodness it was a single night stay.

The owners/staff was rude and told us we were only allowed to come down for breakfast one time. I was told i could not have extra face towels and an extra blanket because housekeeping only comes in the morning. They waited until breakfast the next day before checkout and told us we had too many people in one room and we needed to pay extra. The rooms had one actual blanket and each bed was covered with a thin white sheet and a decorated sheet thin blanket (if you can call it that). Online says they have a pool also and they do not, its been converted into their living quarters and the kitchen they cook the breakfast in.

Excellent experience. Cool people, couldn’t be nicer. Made us feel like more than customers. Facility was super clean and comfortable too!

They could not find my reservation. After 10 minutes, they gave me a room and told me that I could sign the paperwork in the morning. So that was fine. And to be fair, the room itself is large and clean, However… they have taped open the upstairs entry door with many, many layers of scotch tape, so that it cannot be ripped off. When I complained that it wasn’t safe, they told me I can lock my door to my room, and that was enough. So I went to my room. The deadbolt is not aligned with the latch so I could not turn the deadbolt. When I complained that the door wouldn’t lock, they explained to me multiple times that the door is locked and no one can open it from the outside. Neither of these things are acceptable. I was traveling with my adult daughter, so we were two women alone in a room with minimal locks . While the room itself is lovely. I do not recommend this location.

No customer service, dirty, rude and all type of bugs I definitely won’t be staying there again.
