The place is nice, close to shops and dining. The employees were attentive and friendly. On a 3 night stay, we only got limited room cleaning ( trash removal and change of towels) beds were not made! It’s my first time ever that I experience this, and I haven’t checked the fine print if that is what was offered, but for the rate that was paid, I have received full housekeeping service at other places

En mi caso particular fue muy difícil llegar debido a que se encontraban arreglando las calles aledañas y no había manera de estacionarse cerca tampoco. Al momento de mi llegada estuve marcando varias veces para hacer el check in pero nunca me dieron acceso por lo que tuve que buscar otro hotel. De los interiores y estado del mismo no puedo opinar debido a como dije previamente nunca tuve acceso

Es una grandiosa experiencia ir a Manzanillo,aparte de que ya es un lugar hermoso,es un municipio que está avanzando para beneficio de todos sus pobladores. Recomiendo el Hotel Real Naviero Ejecutivo y Casa Artista. Las playas son hermosas,además hay que saber que Manzanillo tiene actividades culturales durante el año que son gratificantes. ¡Amo Manzanillo!

Buon hotel quasi nascosto in una via principale di Manzanillo, ci ha accolto un giovane molto simpatico e disponibile, camere top per quello che abbiamo pagato, siamo rimasti contenti per l’empatia del personale, molto carino il paesello di Manzanillo.
