호텔 마르베야(Hotel Marbella)

Todo fluyó perfecto durante nuestra estancia. La app de Trip nos ayudó a conseguir un muy buen precio y no se tuvo ningún inconveniente. Nos llegaron los avisos y comprobantes de pago en tiempo y forma. No hubo cargos sorpresa. El personal de recepcion muy atento y amable. En el hotel se tuvo buena atención en general solo el horario y menú del restaurante para la cena creo que pudiera ser mejor. Así mismo el mantenimiento del lavabo debería ser más eficiente ya que se saturaba fácilmente como que había algo de obstrucción. Seguramente regresaremos pronto.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, el personal de recepción muy amable y atentos. La señora que nos apoyo en la limpieza una excelente actitud y servicio. En general el hotel es muy bueno en costo y ubicación. Su restaurante su comida tiene muy buena sazón pero el servicio de meseros es super pésimo, pides algo al tiempo (temperatura ambiente) y te dan el jugo natural como si fuera café, sus meseros con una flojera que parece que te hacen el favor de atenderte, eso que es temporada baja pero bueno, la calificación del servicio es en específico por el restaurant, salgan afuera al bulevar hay muchos más restaurantes con mejor servicio y muy buena sazón.

We stayed at Morel Marbella for 1 night on route to the airport. Our room was in the older section was clean but mold and rust in the bathrooms. For the price we paid not complaining. We loved the pool and restaurant food was fgood for breakfast and dinner and it was si nice to be on the beach for the sunset. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Easy check-in and checkout, room upgraded to a room with an ocean view which was awesome. Would stay here again and recommend the hotel. Very close to shopping centers and restaurants.

The hotel is right on the beach, and has a great restaurant. The hotel staff and the restaurant are worth staying here.

Positive : Clean, cleaning ladies super nice, nice sea view, hearing the waves from our room, nice pool but busy (December), walkable to restaurants. Negative : No fridge in the rooms, shared balcony motel style, doors are not insulated and you can hear everything from the outside, restaurant so so and expensive, sand flies, the beach is too dangerous to swim and full of oil.

This an hotel that need to be refreshing Moisture in the room too much humidity Air conditioner doesn’t work bed need new Lining that’s was not a good stay and about the restaurant it’s expensive they bring everything in a hot sauce so your steak continue to cook In your dish I recommend you to go on the boulevard and have your breakfast at chantilly and your lunch at el bigotes

This is not the first time I stay at Marbella Hotel. I noticed the last trip that the room needed attention in cleanliness, now it is a little bit worst. The rooms need painting (dirty walls), and the curtains needed to be replaced for clean ones, basically all the things in the room needed some refreshing. The lamps are rusty, overall the service is good, but the rest needs attention. Marbella has potential, hopefully they improve in those areas I mentioned.

It was well located, offered trips & excursion, great booze cruise,! Great a/c, comfortable beds, hot water in the shower..that's all we needed.
