Great location to enjoy malls and manhattan beach

Friendly staff. Updated rooms that are nice and clean. Courtyard was cute. Nice pool area, but I wished the jacuzzi was working. Not a bad location, just a 5 minute drive to Manhattan beach pier where all the restaurants and shops are. Overall, good experience.

I arrived at midnight, I’m 60+ Female and the valet didn’t even bother to get out of his chair and offer to help with the luggage. After that I used self parking. They updated the decor a few years ago and it is so “hip” that it is uncomfortable. The beds are platforms on the floor and when you get up you have to roll over on your knees in order to stand. This means the night stand is also 10 inches off the floor and there is no room to put my husband’s CPAP machine or even a book. They no longer provide daily maid service - only upon request. Best part was the restaurant.

Mechanical noises could be heard from hotel room—-very loud. They did seem to address the issue. Front desk not very nice or helpful. Restaurant and bar staff very kind and good. Condition of hotel overall is lacking.

Worse experience. Had a late check in, I let the hotel know. They say they posted it in on my room. I get there a little later than what I said but still showed up, no call from the hotel, they cancelled my room as a no call no show and refused my family stay. Then when trying to speak with a supervisor, they denied me. Now the hotel and ********** is refusing to do anything. Even though, on the email it say check in at anytime and if you’re going to be late to call. I called and me and family were stuck in California with no room, nowhere to change, and they couldn’t care any less about there customers or their safety. I even offered to extend the stay one more day and nothing. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THE BELEMAR HOTEL EVER AGAIN!! Or even ********** if they don’t come up with a solution. My family and I were without a hotel our whole trip which was very hard and trying because we were not from that state. And if you know about Los Angeles it is not the safest place to keep all your belonging in a car because of all the robberies. So it was a really tough time.

My stay at the hotel left much to be desired. Despite its affiliation with Hilton Tapestry, the experience didn't meet expectations. Southern California's winter brought an unexpected chill to my room, exacerbated by the air conditioner arrival temperature being set at a brisk 62 degrees. The heating system proved problematic, with maintenance offering a brief solution that unfortunately didn't last. Resulting in them bribing me a space heater on the Eve of day two. The thin walls exposed me to the hustle and bustle of the hallway and loud stomping and laughter sounds from both above and next door. While the valet staff was notably polite, the front desk encounter was marked by the mid-Day gentleman’s sarcasm and rudeness, overshadowing the positive aspects. In addition, the hotel's dated ambiance persisted despite attempts with modern furniture noticeable wear and tear on the bathroom diminished its intended effect. In the future, I'm inclined to explore the offerings of a newer property from their competitor around the corner, hoping for a more comfortable and accommodating stay.

This had the best combination of luxury and relaxation! Staff, restaurant, pool and hot tub as well as location let us rested and pampered! We would stay here again!
