The biggest advantage of this hotel is city center. They have tried to provide all possible amenities in the room, however we felt it was overpriced. Cleanliness is just OK. Security can be a big concern as their reception is at basement while guest access is also provided from ground floor. Lots of food options nearby. I am giving 3 star as price is not justified. Breakfast spread is ok but taste is not so good.

Total judgement by the staff and absolutely no interest in checking on guests convenience. When we went the lady there was very good and cordial. Then the male receptionist just kept treating us like *****. The room was great and so was the location but I just didn't like the staff's service or attitude. Won't be staying here again.

We stayed for two nights and liked the generous room with the two separate beds. We found the room clean, pleasant and quiet, equipped with modern electronic controls, which makes the handling not necessarily easier. So at night for no reason at all the panel for the air condition was lighting up every once in a while. We did not find a way to stop that. The air condition itself worked well and temperature was easy to regulate. Both beds carried 2 identical, big pillows, too big for our comfort. Instead, we would have liked two pillows of different size in order to have a choice on which one to sleep best. But the Hotel had only one size of pillow. The breakfast on the fifth floor was abundant and of good quality. So we were to more than 80% happy with our Hotel.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory. The housekeeping staff need major memory upgrade. They forget to replenish toiletries and even take away your personal bathroom slippers without replenishing them.

The stay is worth the money, even though on a higher side compared to rest of the places in the location, all the amenities provided makes it worth. Prime location, service on point. Absolutely brilliant. Keep the same standards going. Loved it. Will be my preferred stay for upcoming stays in Manglore.

Location was decent with eat outs n basic shopping area available too.

Rooms are very comfortable and well maintained.The staff is very courteous and ever willing to make your stay comfortable.Though the property is situated in the middle of the city,it's so calm and quite place to stay.Overall a great experience.

Have a Plan for business meetings and searching for well amenities property and finally got this hotel under a certain budget range. They have spacious rooms and the buffet breakfast was awesome. If you need a quiet environment, this is preferred and we will get full support from their staff.
