Perfekt location for zrce beach and Novalja with a great outdoor area.

Stayed her on our first trip to Europe. Very comfortable hotel. Pools are amazing with great views. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This was a very comfortable hotel with a nice bed, good A/C, nice balcony, and working wifi. The bathroom was spacious and had good water running. The location is quite convenient in Novalja as well, as it's an easy 15 minute walk to center of downtown.

My stay at Olea was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel’s elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. With its convenient location and outstanding service, Olea has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to the area 4 star. The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was that the chef sent us a dessert they had created that day. We were delighted.

Was here for 2 days. It is a modern new very clean and nice hotel. Staff was cool and we got all we needed from a nice modern spacious room to a great pool right outside. Breakfast is very nice. We were with a car so everything was close but you can even walk to the beach or the city of Novalja it is max 15 mins walk.

I attended this hotel with 2 friends for Hideout Festival 2023. I am not exaggerating when i say this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. The hotel is luxurious with clean and tidy rooms. The rooms are cleaned regularly and the staff are extremely friendly. Big shout out to Tiki behind the bar who made the stay at the pool even more enjoyable! The vibe at the pool is amazing with nice music being played all day, accommodating to the festival a**osphere! The vibe around the Pool is incredible with young people there to have a good time. I would say if you were a family to avoid the Hideout festival times as it may not suit you. The food is very good, only downside being breakfast is served 7-11 am. Would have been nicer if it had been served longer for the people getting in late after the festival! The location of the hotel is amazing with incredible views of the beach one side, and mountains on the other. The hotel is very modern and is very well maintained. There is free wifi which is very good and works a treat. Beds are comfy and rooms are very spacious. There’s nothing more we needed at all! I would 100% stay here again if i was to attend Hideout Festival in the future! Shops are around a 10 minute walk away, which isn’t nice with a hangover but this isn’t the hotels fault and wouldn’t cause me to downgrade my rating. Thanks again

Absolutely terrible, AVOID. Mark the waiter was nice, and the bar staff by the pool was too but I am disappointed by the reception staff and cleaners. On the last morning they’re knocking on the door from 8am even though we’re not due to check out til 10, then told me it’s because I didn’t put a dnd sign on the door. Cleaners haven’t been all week so we didn’t think we needed to put a sign on the door, just the worst way to end a holiday. Apparently if you turn the door handle it goes red so they know not to disturb you however there is nothing that explains this in the room so it’s ridiculous.

A good hotel on an interesting location with a beautiful view and well equipped rooms. Fitness, swimming pool and sauna are also adequate. It might be better if the relax area in the sauna had more recliners. Service and food are solid, but there is space for improvement. Overall it's a good ratio between quality and price.

Great stop for a night. Modern furnishings and look. Friendly as expected place to stay. Large elevators to carry a bicycle. Recommended for a stop. Quiet location so great night rest on your way via islands.
