Manchester (Arena/Printworks)

호텔의 위치는 시내 중심까지 도보로 약 5분 거리로 절대적으로 완벽했습니다. 서비스 직원은 정말 친절했고 한 직원은 여행에 대해 우리와 대화할 기회를 가졌습니다. 조식 뷔페는 좋았고 맨체스터에서 에든버러까지 전체 호텔 체인에서 동일한 메뉴이므로 조금 지루해졌고 결국 다양성 부족으로 레스토랑에서 아침 식사를 중단하기로 결정했습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 경험이었습니다.

방은 쾌적하나 환기가 잘 안됨

We meet friends from abroad in Manchester a few times a year and have stayed at the premier inn for its location but for a city centre hotel the bar is joke the had no piñon gricio they had no baileys they had no vodka really!!!! The vending machine was out of order and the public toilet near the bar were awful

Very friendly staff and a very good room for a couple. The receptionist helped me print my boarding pass, and I really appreciated his help.

Good, central hotel with reliable corporate image. Looked after well by staff but the decor and furniture looking "tired" and in need of cap. ex. to rejuvinate.

Booked this hotel as it was closest ot the arena for the concert we were attending, outsode looks a bit grim and old but inside was suprising nice. All the team were lovely and welcoming and let us store luggage as the room wasnt ready when we arrived, breakfast was a bit busy in the morning but thats to be expected and the icing on the cake was bar was 24 hour!!!!! definately staying here again

Had a lovely time at this hotel and can honestly say ive been converted to this brand. I was a bit worried at this is my first time travelling properly on my own but everyone was so accommodating and helped me with every question i had, i even spoke to the hotel manager and his assistant in the morning and they helped me book my stay in London. Lovely staff you have and your rooms are very comfy and clean. Thank you again

Stayed here for 1 night. We have stayed before but this time we weren’t overly impressed. Check In was quick. If you are before the 3pm time a £10 fee is charged for check in. Staff weren’t overly welcoming on check in. Room was clean and tidy and had no issues. Can be a bit noisy at night if you’re on the main road side of the building. Breakfast was not great. We had to book a time slot at check in which was fine opting for 7am slot due to travel arrangements. Once entering the breakfast area no staff were on duty until after 10 mins of waiting and looked shocked when guests were waiting for breakfast in there. Not prepared to have people waiting and wanting breakfast even though this service opens from 6.30am we were told. Staff weren’t overly welcoming and mumbled to us when being shown to our table. No buffet was out as they said we don’t offer this service until a later time which was not indicated to us when booking a time slot. Continental options were out but looked like the bread/croissants etc had been left out from the day before. We were told if we wanted a hot option a staff member will take our order. 20 mins later we had our order taken for 2 people for it to all come out on one plate. Check out nobody on desk so was unsure where to put card. Overall was an ok place to stay for convenance for the arena etc.
