홀리데이 인 맨체스터-센트럴 파크, IHG 호텔(Holiday Inn Manchester - Central Park)

It was average, the bathroom was smelly from the drain and late check out was 70£ until 2.

Brilliant hotel, brilliant staff, brilliant room. Nothing to complain about at all.

Booked this holiday inn through hotel gift in September 2023 for an overnight on Saturday 18th May 2024 as hadn’t seen the warning it was closed. My husband stumbled across the warning below yesterday. We contacted hotelgift who told us the booking was still valid, we then contacted IHG who confirmed the booking but when on pressed further then confirmed the hotel was closed!!! But then wanted to know if we’d still like the booking!!! They couldn’t cancel the booking as booked with a third party and hotelgift say they’ve not been told the hotel is closed! Absolutely no customer service or care from either company, now we’re left out of pocket having to book a last minute hotel at a much higher cost!

A satisfactory hotel. Whilst the room was generally OK, the view from the small window was awful. Had a view of a facing wall with air conditioning units, couldn’t see the sky. Whilst it was a sunny day with blue sky the room was dark! If you do book this hotel just ensure you don’t check into room number 103. The staff are very friendly!

Excellent Staff, the lovely Miki on reception and her colleague Avelina were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them and my booking was complex. I was there for 6 days. Cannot praise the Location and hotel more highly. I will return soon.

Food is incredibly limited here and lots of options not even available from the five or six in the selection. Wi-Fi also doesn’t work on first floor although seems ok on other floors. Rooms partially cleaned every day but cleaning seems to be a bit bit and miss. Would I recommend going here. No for any long stays as the beds are uncomfortable and because of the limited menu. All in all better options available.

Apart from the lady at reception who didnt seem too interested in me on my arrival, the hotel was fine. I had a main course and a beer in the restaurant area, where the bar / waiting staff were helpful & friendly. Food was delivered quickly, which was hot & tasty with no issues. Room was a good size, clean & tidy, with adequate facilties for my stay. Request a room not facing on to the main road, as it starts to get noisy with traffic early in the morning.

Hotel closed without notifying us. We turned up and the hotel was closed. We were then fined £100 for being in their car park whilst arranging alternative accommodation.

I accompanied a severely disabled guest and the staff could not have been more genuinely friendly and helpful. They ensured that his stay, from initial phone enquiry to final departure, was relaxed and enjoyable and we are immensely grateful. 5 star service. Excellent.
