We have just returned back from a 10 day stay at the hotel, the hotel is immaculate and some of the staff were amazing. The food was lovely with something for everyone. The hotel are very focused on the Dutch & German guests and found that there was a language gap with a lot of the staff. We had to visit the hotel reception on a few occasions due to our room needing to be cleaned as it had been missed, the staff could not understand us which resulted in us retuning back to them when the room wasn’t cleaned after requesting it. The Al la carte restaurant (Chinese) was an experience in itself as we were abruptly greeted by a rude member of staff who told us it was a set menu, when we stated we did not like anything on the menu he told us we could leave. To summarise the hotel need is lovely and fantastic food however, the language barrier is everywhere which Jet2 do not state I the description.

Just to say just home after 2 weeks at this hotel. The hotel is fabulous, food really good and staff brilliant. A very big thank you to YELIS for being the best waitress we have had on holiday also big thank you to BATUAN animation team for getting everyone involved by the pool and darts games. Also a mention to EYUP on reception very helpful. The cleaning staff, bar staff all great no complaints about anything. All staff are a asset to the company. We are looking already to book again for this year and next year so see you soon.

The Side Royal Palace Resort is an ideal place for everyone who is looking for unforgettable experiences, relaxation and delicious cuisine. A rich and varied offer of SPA treatments will meet the expectations of the most demanding customers, and the staff of this unique place will make every effort to ensure that the stay of families with children, tourism lovers and seniors leaves many priceless memories. Due to the proximity of many popular tourist attractions, many field trips can be started almost from the hotel parking lot using the rich offer of local tourist offices. Both the hotel and its rooms are sparkling clean. Additionally, the rooms are spacious, designed and arranged with original taste. The breakfast and dinner service is a real poetry of flavors. However, hotel service at every level deserves the highest rating for professionalism, kindness and full commitment. We will definitely come back here, so we do not say goodbye to Side Royal Palace Resort, but we say in a full, family and loud voice - "see you", recommending this place to others. Cordial greetings. Second and last time. Stunning building kept immaculately clean housekeeping 2nd to none. Bar and restaurant staff generally OK providing the tips keep flowing. I complained twice about rancid butter the 1st time to Ali Asif a restaurant manager who put it under ice 10 days later I complained to another Restaurant Manager Ishmail B a very rude ignorant man who screwed them up and threw them away. Food very monotonous a red soup served every single day is either called pasta,tomato, semolina,chicken, ravioli or anadalcian. They have 10 ways to serve turkey. We paid for the all inclusive plus package which last time included bourbon, French brandy etc none or that available this time

Beautiful hotel with great food and location. We arrived and checked in at the Side Royal palace, our rooms were allocated in the royal style. The hotel has excellent facilities. We visited in the winter season but there was plenty to do. There were activities during the day such as darts, bowls and gym. We especially enjoyed the cooking club on Monday! Most bars were table service and we didn’t wait long for a drink. There was a wide range of options, including different beers (thanks to the Irish pub), cocktails, coffees and spirits. The coffee shop was really relaxed and had some wonderful cakes. It’s a short walk to the beach and I believe there is a shuttle but we didn’t use it. There is a snack bar here when weather permits. Even in February it was only closed once during our week’s stay. We dined in the turquoise a la carte and had an excellent meal it was great service and food. I cannot understand anybody who gives food here a bad review… on each visit to the buffet our food was hot which is not always the case on all inclusive. There was a wide range of choice and the daily grill offerings at both lunch and dinner were excellent. There’s always something such as chips/pide(turkishpizza) for a taste of home if you want it. Lastly the staff - although the whole area is geared towards German guests we did not find this a problem. Many staff spoke English, and even if it was just a little we were able to communicate. I would certainly return to this hotel. Many thanks to all of the staff. Service was second to none. Some people have mentioned you only get good service if you tip, but I would disagree. Sometimes we tipped, others we didn’t and we received a consistent service. Thank you for a great stay.

We have just returned from the Royal Palace and Spa. It's a lovely hotel with friendly staff. It was a great week there. I did struggle to have conversations with the buffet staff regarding being vegan. Not everything was labelled advising milk content (probable issues for dairy intolerant guests). On the plus side, there is lots of food available all day. You can have lunch on the beach, as there are a number of options. Also, salads and ice cream. There is a bar there as well. Lots of loungers on the beach with long canopies over them. Would I go again? Yes, definitely. My wife loved it as well.
