What is not good. Stink in some bars Not clean by far enough because understaft hotel. To long waiting times bars, not enough staf. Lobby bar and beach bar horror at night times waiting for a simple drink. To hot in rooms facing sea. Airco not working in October. To loud music. Can not sleep before 01.00 oclock later they changed to 00.00 Some staff enters rooms when room light is red. Very bad!! Drink glasses horrible. Plastic dirty What is good. Heated big pool Breakfast very good. 24 hour bistro. Good but make more shadow places outside. Lunch/diner oke but needs more salt and spices. Sitting places a lot Swimming pools Beds by swimming pools Chairs and banks by sea but must be cleaned daily. Lifts very fast! Location. Most staf nice. A la carte service and food good Spa We prefer that they make price of hotel higher and fix the bad things. We would not return because of the bad points. Mainly cleaness of beach, chairs , tables , bars smell. If they fix the weak or bad points we will return.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Lago Hotel. In general, the service and everything else is at a high level. I am pleasantly surprised by the very good internet and coverage in the entire complex. I will visit the hotel again with great pleasure.

I really enjoyed the hotel, because it was very aesthetic. Everything was left to a chance: the building, the hall, the beach and pool and everything else. The area is big and stuff is very helpful and professional. Restaurant gives the whole spectrum of different cuisine.

The hotel never felt over crowded due to an amazing layout, decorated beautifully and finished to a high standard. Staff are amazing and treat you like royalty. Oguzhan really brightened the place up, he always looked out for us and never left us without a drink.

Very good hotel. Everyone is very polite, everyone will help if you need help. I really liked the bartender Haydar, who works at the Lago Arena bar. He was very polite and paid attention throughout the evening and asked if everything was fine and if nothing was missing. I also really liked a girl from the entertainment team named Pilim, she was, I think, the kindest and warmest person I met during the whole vacation. Also the photographer Alibaba was amazing!! The photos he took were beyond promising!! I definitely recommend doing a photo session with him when you visit there. The hotel is family friendly and I think more for young people. There are many activities for the child during the day, such as water slides or other organized activities. Sports in the pool, yoga, and other interesting activities are also held during the day. The food was amazing, there was a great selection for lunch and dinner, but maybe the breakfast was a bit repetitive. The rooms are very clean, they are cleaned every day, maybe only because the hotel is very busy, the rooms are cleaned only in the afternoon. The beds are very comfortable and the room has air conditioning. In the evenings, there are different activities every night like all kinds of shows, followed by live music or dj performances. I think I would definitely return to this hotel more than once. It was a lot of fun, the courtesy of the staff is indescribable!!! It was really sad to leave

The hot chocolates were to good,every morning i drank one.Me and my family did the speed boat,banana boat and much more.The kids club(mini club) i liked it so much especially Suut he was soo cool the coolest guy i ever met if you dont mind telling him plsssss tell him and my name is Kron

Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Although the hotel has some advantages, there are many issues with the service quality. Firstly, the quality of the food is very poor, repetitive, and reminiscent of a school cafeteria. It has nothing to do with Turkish cuisine, and there are not enough staff in the restaurant area. There is a strong sewage smell in the island area in the middle of the pool. Additionally, there are constant construction signs and many other issues. The minibar in the room was not restocked, the bathroom did not function properly despite the hotel being new, and the air conditioning system constantly malfunctioned.

We stayed at this hotel last week, and our experience was wonderful! The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and the decor was very stylish.this staff were incredibly helpful and friendly,always responding to our questions promptly and meeting our needs. The hotel was excellent in veriety and quality. We will definitely come back and highly recommend to it everyone!!

Derya guest relation has made our time so special for us on this trip, she has advised us on places to visit! She has organised activities for us to do! She was so welcoming and lovely! We couldn’t thank her enough.. with our issues with the hotel she resolved them straight away! She made my friend’s birthday so special with ballon’s/ decorations we had a private hut and food! It was an amazing experience thanks to Derya.

Our first time lago hotel. We wanted to come back next year.we are really liked.personal are so friendly.in bistro alperen helped us to much. Also other workers are really good.in outside guest relations always asking “everting is good?” Always check us. Thanks for everyone.

Nice hotel, very nice staff (not about guys in reception). Very friendly cleaners and waiters, meals are fantastic. But this story is not about that. This story is about girls from guest relations departure. Kindness, politeness, attention, friendliness etc. are just some words which i remember in English at the moment. They gave more than 50% to like Lago hotel. Mostly I remember Hande, who gave us huge help, and loved our bambino most!

Beautiful hotel, but the one thing that let this hotel down for us was the housekeeping the rooms were not cleaned nor restocked on more than one occasion in the 10 days we were their. The Maldives beach could have done with a rake to clear the bits, and the toilets never had hand towels or toilet paper in after lunch. Food and drink s were very good, and too were the entertainment

We stayed at the hotel in May 2024 as a couple. The hotel has both positives and negatives. Firstly, it is a family hotel full of children. I would not rate it 5 stars, and it likely wouldn’t receive 5 stars in Europe. The rooms are clean and nice, but the daily cleaning service is subpar. They do not always change the towels or bed linens, and the minibar was not replenished. However, the staff were very friendly, greeting us with smiles and pleasantries. If you want to sleep well, I suggest booking a room with a land view because the sea view rooms are noisy with loud music until at least midnight. You can also hear your neighbors, so if you get a family with kids next door, good luck. The swimming pool area and the seaside are nice and clean. There are many bars, snack bars, and ice cream stands, so you will never be hungry or thirsty. The restaurant offers a wide variety of choices, but the quality is low, and some dishes had a strange taste. We even experienced some digestive issues, which might depend on individual sensitivity. The barbecue option, however, is very nice. The restaurant can be crowded, making it difficult to find a seat, and the staff do their best but sometimes you have to search for a while. The staff were very nice, though there is almost no English spoken apart from at the reception. The younger staff in the restaurant try to use their phones to translate if they don’t understand. Remember, you are in Turkey, and tips are expected, even if you are just getting a drink included in the price. Each evening, there is an entertainment program that is very nice, but the waiters there also expect tips. Lastly, the hotel was filled with 95% Russian guests, who often cut in line and displayed a lack of basic manners. It was an interesting and unique experience, but we would never return to this hotel.

we came to rest with the family, we did not expect that the rest would be sleeping on an armchair, which is uneven. The child's back hurt. When we turned to the staff, the problem was not solved, only rude communication. When I went to the bar and asked for a cocktail, I was told that it had run out. the family paid more than 3000 euros and we got a 17-year-old child to sleep on a hard and uneven sofa. vacation is ruined. The staff does not try to solve the problem so that the guests feel at least listened to. We do not recommend this hotel.
