카야 시데 - 올 인클루시브(Kaya Side)

Well where do I start? My Husband and I booked this trip to celebrate our 30 year marriage anniversary. It was actually in 2020 but COVID stopped us coming then. On arrival we got there very early hours but were given a selection of sandwiches & drinks etc as we'd been travelling a good while. Unbeknown to me my husband had emailed in advance asking could he organise a surprise for me etc. He was told they'd make our stay very enjoyable. We were given a room of single beds initially although we'd booked double we immediately went to reception to enquire why. We spoke to guest relations manager dealt with us she was called Malika. This woman went out of her way the entire holiday to make sure we were treated like VIP it certainly felt so. She of course placed us into a room that was double but it also had a sea view so was dazzling water on the horizon and beautiful sunsets. We were treated very well by all staff we came into contact with however there are notable members of staff we would like to Commend and hopefully hotel management will single them out and pass the compliments on. We had a beautiful dinner on the night of our anniversary with beautiful table decorations and very attentive waiters and our room was adorned with swan display on the bed and selections of fruits and fizz for us to enjoy. Look out for the translations on some foods on display one in particular gave us giggles pic shown. We booked a Day excursion that was great. In the main restaurant was Mehmet what a lovely young man he was always made his way to chat and get everything we needed without us having to ask and we always headed to his section. Another waiter who waited on in main restaurant and Beach bar was Mustafa he made sure my cocktails were stupendous haha. Our room service was taken care of by Hatice what a lovely lady she was. Last but not least was Fatima on breakfast bar she made the omellets Dave so very much liked. We had so much fun we chatted in Turkish language she loved the fact we tried to communicate and I'd like the message that get to her please tell her Dawn says Seni seviyorum she'll laugh. So onto the hotel itself then. This was lovely and right onto the beach and facilities were great it was an overall great holiday made even more enjoyable by the lovely staff. I will note though that the quieter round pool could go with steps leading into it. As a person with needs I'd have enjoyed the quieter pool if I could have got into it. That's no bad thing in relation to the hotels pools though just an area for them to consider adding steps over the closed period. Back to Malika we had a great rapport with her. I purchased some beautiful hand crocheted toys from the Bazaar market for her children as a thanks for her attention and hospitality. For all the others we have mentioned we gave money, all my beauty products and toiletries, perfumes etc the stuff I can afford to replace next time we travel but would give them something lovely as a surprise. Visited recently as a family of four with a 2 and 4 year old. Great place overall, really good holiday. The staff are very good, work hard and very friendly. They were great with the kids, especially Hilal from the kids club. The place itself is large but very clean and well kept, not sure I saw a dirty cup/dish left out for longer than a few mins. We stayed in a family room. It was nice and clean. On arrival we were quickly offered a cot for our youngest which was a very nice travel cot. The beds weren't the comfiest but the rooms were cleaned every day, the shower was decent and I would say on the whole they were a good standard. The food was very nice with a good variety of things on offer. Kids loved the pizza! Entertainment exceeded expectations. Granted I don't have much to compare it to but the shows put on (dance/acrobatics/fire show) kept our interest and the kids were mesmerised! My eldest loved the nightly mini disco which is run by the kids club team. The hotel is on the beach. Its not a fine white sand beach, more coarse but it didn't stop the sand castles. There is a quick drop when you get in the sea but it's lovely and fresh with some waves. Plenty of sun beds. We went for a walk around the lake just outside the hotel and about an 8/9 minute walk away is a small row of shops, pharmacy, supermarket etc if you need anything. The pools were great! The small kids one could do with some work as the slides were not very slippery but the two bigger slides were really fun. The red one isn't suitable for young children but both of mine enjoyed the orange one on our laps. The main pool was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised at how much was put on for the children; there was a kids festival, balloon modelling, a parrot show, a smurf show, acrobatics, electric cars etc. So although the hotel is set out from the main tourism areas, the children were kept busy by what was on offer. We didn't use the spa but it looked nice. Things to note - we were one of two British families in the resort. Most guests were German and the staff seem to speak German and Turkish. We didn't mind this and it wasn't problematic at all but if your looking for a place to socialise with brits then this is not for you. There is also a nightclub in the hotel the other side of the lake which plays music quite late. Again, it didn't stop us sleeping but if you need silence to nod off then you might struggle. The kids didn't notice and slept very well. When we arrived the hotel was quiet but it got busier and the two days before we left I did notice the lack of sun beds around the main and kids pool. There are beds on the nicely lawned areas and beach though. Overall a relaxing chilled holiday and I'd highly reccomend if you have young children.

Everything is was good. The personal at the beach is very kind. The food it s so good many cackes . The sauna it s ok.The party it was great. I ve recomand for family with kida. It s a silnce place ,cochet hotel . Good cocktails at the beach and a pool

Yemekler şahaneydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Odalar temizdi gayet güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Tam olarak fiyat performans oteli olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Plajı büyük ve yeterli kumsal plaj Daha önce de konakladım aynı iyi hizmet devam ediyor.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Misafir ilişkileri müdürü Malika hanım çok yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Yemekler lezzetli Nargile seven için gece nargile içmek çok güzel. Ayrıca ginger kiralayıp göl çevresinde gün batımı gezintiye çıkıp güzel fotoğraflar çekebilirsiniz.Çocuklu aileler için çok uygun.

Very nice staff team, quite tasty food, there are a lot of entertainments for adults and kids, everyone will find something interesting for himself. And the hotel is quite close to Manavgat what is really handy if you want to visit cool places in the town

We couldn’t find many reviews on this hotel so were a little nervous of what to expect. On arrival we were immediately struck by the cleanliness of the hotel. It is spotlessly clean and the staff work extremely hard to maintain this standard. Food always fresh but a little repetitive. More choice of hot food for evening meal would be good but we all ate well and didn’t go hungry. Lobby bar staff were friendly and attentive and showed a great interest in where we were from and were kind to the children. Reception staff were very helpful and conversed well in English. I was surprised how little English Guest relations could speak though given their job role. Rooms clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked well. Balcony clean, with adequate space and beautiful view. (Superior room with pool view) A special thank you to Hassan at the pool area. Always showed concern for the children, ensuring we had an umbrella for shade and really helpful, asking for nothing in return. The spa staff were kind and helpful. The lady on spa reception had excellent English and was very welcoming and particularly caring to our children. The hotel has a very relaxed vibe which we liked. The restaurant although busy always had clean tables available and staff constantly trying to keep everything flowing and tables cleaned promptly. I wouldn’t make booking the Al cartes on offer a priority. You often get the same foods at main restaurant but you do get a more relaxed, personal waiter service. They were nice apart from the Turkish restaurant which we thought was disgusting 🙈. The BBQ was enjoyable but not what we expected for a BBQ. Overall an excellent hotel. We had a lovely holiday. British holiday makers are in the minority here but it didn’t have a negative impact on our experience. They cater well for people from the UK so no idea why it isn’t more popular with the Brits. An enjoyable holiday for us all and we had it for a reasonable price for this years prices!
