Where to begin…. This cottage is a great example for WORLD CLASS service. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Being entertained by Ajay sharma at bonfire. Mountain walking in morning & picnic during evening. Food was delicious. Will totally recommend!

Staff was so nice. Good location. Only 5 min walk to Old ***ali and 10 min to mall road. Very good property. Pool table and table tennis also available. Good view from rooms. Food was okay not very nice.

Extremely beautiful property will ALL the amenities including games :D Hotel staff Mr. Raj accommodated us at the last minute with the most amazing hospitality. Hotel staff also helped us in smooth checkin, nearby food options, classy Cafe's in ***ali and local sigh-seeing spots. Rooms were spacious, washrooms are big. Everything was perfect location wise as well. I would definitely visit again.

Everything you want in a great stay was available at D’Chalet hotel ***ali . I was pleased by interiors, room decor, staff and house keeping. Everyday they made me feel so comfortable with amazing services, kudos to the team specially Mr. Ajay front desk for smooth check in. Wish you and your team more success.

I stayed there for 2 nights from 12th December to 14th December 2) Person sitting on Travel desk was very helpful and curious Cons: 1) Very poor and poorest restaurant staff they don’t know how to to speak with Hotel Guest,one person with Choti ok head speak very badly to me tried his worst language to me 2) Breakfast was included in my stay on 1st day Hotel staff said I got only 1 items (if I took omelette than I am not eligible for paratha or puri bhaji) 3) Rooms shown on website is not the same very old property and very untidy..Blanket was smoky I need to use my blanket which I was carrying 4) Main door stopper and Bathroom stopper was broken from inside no one cares 5) Power failure problem , voltage problem All in all very poor..I will not recommend anyone to stay

Without a doubt one of the favourite hotels in old ***ali. We were a group of 5 friends and almost stayed here for 2 months during lockdown and I must say, it felt home! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and each and every one eager to help. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting old ***ali. Everything is quite accessible and walkable from the location of this property, which is a plus for me. I recommend staying here. Try and experience yourself.

The ***ager and staff were among the most efficient we have come across in India. Raj spent nearly an hour sorting out a visa problem with no thought of personal gain while Sanjay was an “ old school “ gentle*** with perfect English who was a delight to deal with. These two were ably led by a very intelligent operator, Amit, who was very generous with his time problem solving some itinerary issues. Had no hesitation booking tours and transfers with these people as they lived up to our high expectations. Could not fault their service in any way and were extremely grateful for their help. Our deepest thanks.
