We visit in ***ali last New year but not get room in alt life ***ali but we celebrate New year there with live music band from Estonia There hotel coffee was the best coffee of ***ali we are coffee lovers family even snickers milkshake was delightfull there bartender person was from Kuwait experience so special smile and wonderfull guest service experience even hotel regenta service was zero I truly recommend hotel alt life ***ali special food service and smile unforgettable heart touching experience wish to celebrate New year in hotel alt life ***ali only

They charged me 220 rps for egg curry and served me just oil and egg, expired one. Kindly be careful before you book this hotel. They damn care for the customers. This is my last time I am ordering from this hotel and I don’t suggest anybody for this hotel.

One of our worst customer service experiences ever. The hotel refused to refund our money during the free cancellation period. After following up with them for over a month through direct calls, emails, and ***********, we couldn't get our money back. The worst part was their behaviour and arrogance during this period. In the end, the *********** team paid us back and started a strong action against them. We booked this place based on the previous reviews on different sites, but as it seems, things have just deteriorated over the years and they are just reaping the benefits of their initial success. I do acknowledge that we didn't have a full direct experience at the property, but dealing with them through this ordeal gave us a fair understanding where they stand.

Worst hotel ever!
Paid 6K for deluxe room which isn’t spacious enough even for 2 people. Every member of their staff has their own version of information so it depends on your luck if you get the services at the least. And do check the amount they have invoiced you at the time of checkout as I said; nobody here is aware of anything so do yourself a favour and check each and everything they have billed you.
Won’t recommend at all.
