One of our worst customer service experiences ever. The hotel refused to refund our money during the free cancellation period. After following up with them for over a month through direct calls, emails, and ***********, we couldn't get our money back. The worst part was their behaviour and arrogance during this period. In the end, the *********** team paid us back and started a strong action against them. We booked this place based on the previous reviews on different sites, but as it seems, things have just deteriorated over the years and they are just reaping the benefits of their initial success. I do acknowledge that we didn't have a full direct experience at the property, but dealing with them through this ordeal gave us a fair understanding where they stand.
