Superb family stay! We visited ***ali in October first week an booked a whole first floor cottage in the front block (2 bedrooms nd living area). It was the best decision to book this place. The location ( the best one in ***ali of u are a nature lover) away from the mall road yet easily accessible if u have ur car The hospitality nd ambience, facilities and food were all great. The staff was very cooperative nd friendly Children also enjoyed alot here. Highly recommended for families who want to indulge in cottage style hotels. We will definitely stay here again. :)

We stayed in Super deluxe cottage. Room was quite spacious and comfortable. View from the balcony was awesome. Room service was excellent. Food was Good. Staff was courteous and friendly. Cabs provided by hotel was Good and drivers were excellent.

The location of the cottage is at a height from where we can see Rohtang pass hills and whole valley from our balcony. The check in process was very smooth. Ms Kiran at the reception welcomed us at the reception with a smile on her face. Owner of the property Shri Khem Raj Thakur was present at the cottage ***** with his team including ***ager- Mr. Hira Lal to receive us and he welcomed us with bouquets, Himachali cap and Scarf. Khem ji has attended us both in the morning and in the evenings in spite of his busy schedule in the tracking. He ensured our comfort at all the time. The staff was very humble, prompt and hard working. Food was awesome. Rooms were spacious and very clean with all modern amenities. In balcony you can sit and enjoy the beauty of ***ali.

One of my best experience. It's a small hotel but very well ***aged Excellent location, clean rooms built in traditional style, very courteous behavior from staff. Quality of the food is also vey good. View from balcony is mazing Hotel also provided ***y services like trip to *** by taxi, bicycle , motor bike with medical/emergency support with very reasonable rate

We stayed in the month of July 22 after our Yunam peak expedition. Place is great with beautiful panoramic view of surrounding nature. Food is too good. Very polite staff. Clean rooms. Overall nice experience. Recommendable to stay.

I have stayed here with my family for 2 days, will further share my experiences: Pros: 1. 3-4 kms away from ***ali hustle bustle in Pirni village which is on a road parallel to main ***ali highway which has less rush 2. We booked top floor suite which has two separate bedrooms and a Living/dining room with a Kitchen 3. Unobstructed good view of ***ali from Living room balcony 4. Has all basic amenities in the room required for a family and also has Fridge and RO in kitchen ***** crockery & gas (chargeable) 5. Food has nice taste with good quantity Cons 1. Not sure why it says Cottages however its just rooms in separate floor. 2. Our was at top floor 5th with no elevators, so its difficult to go up and down. Difficult especially for elderly 3. Using Crockery, Gas and other in Kitchen they charge Rs. 1000/- per day. I had a discussion to use only fridge to chill water bottles without charge which they obliged. 4. No service at all post 10:30PM. No one there for any service, completely shut off 5. Insist on paying cash or UPI. I had an argument with them on payment through Card. also they didnt give me the bill. Saving GST and taxes although charging all to customer. 6. Its a boutique hotel which limited outside space, mostly stay in your room thats better

I stayed here for 3 Nights in December. The rooms are really spacious, clean & complete with each & every amenities. I would mention Housekeeping for placing some amenities like Vanity Kit, Shaving Kit & Multipurpose Kit which are available only in 5star category hotels. I loved to see such high class standard here. Front office team is fantastic & is one point contact for any help related to not just hotel but to city too. F&B is just awesome in service, courtesy, room service & presentation. Chef are core professional as they prepare Jain food for Us with utmost North Indian & South Indian Taste. Where as we were hard to find jain food with awesome taste. If U choose to stay here then Must Meet Mr.

Had been there for 4nights in Diwali 2021. Its 15 mins drive and about 4 kms from mall road(measured it ! )This is more suitable if you have your own car or hired a personal taxi. Othewise public transport is hard to get and taxis there charge hefty. Dont expect it to be a resort type with ample common space and big kids area. This one is a typical boutiqe hotel but worth it if you prefer them. And most of the time we are out for toursist activity during the day. The stay was overall very smooth. Stayed in suite rooms. Standard rooms are also good but small. Dont know why they dont keep kitchen open in suite rooms. Everything is as shown in pictures. The rooms & bathrooms are modern & very well furnished and maintained. The AC/Heater was additional plus to keep the room hot and temperature controlled. Service/housekeeping was very quick and staff were co-operative. They provided hot water flasks as and when required. Appreciable duing winters. No complains. Everything was smooth. The view from suite rooms was very good. Infact you get almost the same view from all the adjacent hotels on that road. Did not try their food. Would surely recommend for a pleasant stay.
