The staff are polite and kind. Received well at the reception, and very well taken care of. Nothing but the best services. Keep the good job up, especially Samson at the reception. The food was good and enough, a variety to choose from. They provided enough water all over the hotel.

the best animations in the world, I have never met such cool animators as Paulina and John in any hotel. The animators at the hotel are very professional, open and very helpful. they do all the work in the hotel. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, delicious food, great rooms

Paulina and Janek are great people, they run great animations. They are the best people in the whole hotel. we are impressed. Paulina and Janek are super professional and very very nice. We will definitely come back, especially for the great animators. Very nice stay.

Animatora Pauline and John have a great contact with guests and are very profesionall. They organize a lot of games. They speak good English. One negative opinion is not important because they are great and work to the best ability. We are pleased with our stay. We recommend it to everyone.

Hotel location is amazing, clean and brings an african feeling. The rooms are minimalistic designed and feel wide open. The tropical sandy beach is wonderful and has a beach bar with a variety of good cocktails. We were pleased with the kind and friendly staff. Especially with John, he is the best DJ and aquagym trainer and Paulina, who can answer all of your questions and a amazing companion at the trips. And Nick best dancer.

The dream garden is a very nice paradise by the indian ocean. It is quite small, but it makes you feel like at home and a part of a family. Due to it’s size you have to wake up early and book a beach/pool lounger before breakfast to be able to choose a spot. Use plenty of sunscreen as the sun is out all day and very strong. The staff at the hotel is both very professional and also very welcoming. We experienced that the lower the staff ranks the nicer they are. All in all it was a pleasant experience and a wonderful week in the sun!

I am visiting the East African Coast since my Childhood and still do every other Year. Have been staying in Tropical Sandies for several Years and am staying ATM hete. First : This will be my last visit here. There are much much better choices around Malindi. Thw Hotel describes itself as a 4 Star Resort but while the Hotels Layout and Gardens are nice everything else is Subpar. This Hotel wouldnt even Reach even 2* Status in anx other deceloped Holiday Destination . This Hotel feels outdated and is old with no Love and Investment gets putting in. The Rooms and Bathrooms are full of Mould. Everything is leaking and dirty. U see the Kalk on the Amazures. on the Bathrooms. The Main Problem is the All Inclusive Concept - Nothing Has Value aymore - And if the mostly cheap Easten Europe Clientele has 50 Breakfast Sausages on the Dining Platter and only Eats one its disgusting how everything gets wasted. Like said it seems the Managemenf of this Hotel has seen its a Money Cow with the All In Concept - everything Free. Throw the Pig Customers some low class made Food which is also Disgustinh here and u can overprice about anything and get awqy wirh it. I would get to a charginc Concept again, but then no one would show up in this desolate Place. Once quite averqge and ok its sad to see this one a no go to go in Malindi and most likely thats why so many Italians have gone elsewhere.
