에올로스 비치 리조트(Aeolos Beach Resort)

This us a wonderful hotel with a private beach and huge pool. The meals were excellent and everything is spacious. We had a wonderful stay.

Starting from the good: The beach is great. They also have a diversity of water sports. The pools are good and the water slides are great for small kids. My 10-year-old spent a lot of time on those. Even the older kids and the adults enjoyed a few rides. There is also a small water park called Meropi, at 2 2-minute walk. It is very cheap and has 5 good slides. The room is basic but well maintained. The food is good. The chef was very friendly and gladfully detailed the ingredients of each dish. But, they offer a very limited selection (both for breakfast and dinner). After a few days, it became hard to find what to eat. The fresh vegetables were always great. There is a wonderful restaurant just outside of the hotel called Mezes. The service was good. Only a few of the staff were friendly. The rest did their work and usually answered our questions. Our main problem was the towels. They only change towels once in 3 days. If you want more, it's 3 euros per towel. I know that many people don't change towels every day, but we are not comfortable with that. So, we paid a lot of attention to our clean towels status. To make it more difficult, they didn't follow their own rules, and we could never predict if we would get clean towels and how many. Much worse, when we actually wanted to pay for clean towels, we discovered that we were too late. It was 6 pm, and no one in the hotel had access to towels. I guess we weren't their favorite guests. (I had long discussions with the manager about the towels. I tried to point out that they charge the same amount for each day so they should give the same service each day. He disagreed. It will be interesting if someone will try to split the reservation. They will have to provide clean towels every day). As a goodbye note, they did not clean our rooms at all before the last night.

In my opinion Aeolos is one of the best resorts in Malia. Many sunbeds in the beach . The food and drinks are great and very cheap. Very good music is playing. You can either swim in the sea or in the two pools that are available. There is also a wide variety of water sports that are available with different difficulties. I would totally recommend!!!

I Drove with my Girlfriend a jetski for 30 min, that was 110€ very expensive. But it was a very great an funny experience. Ehen you drive full speed was very cool 50 km/h. Ar first die curse was at the first time very hard, but when you drive for a while you come with the jetski clear. Today we try the parasuit. I hope its worth it, nur i guess so

+ you Walk a Minute to the Beach + you Walk 10 Minuten to the City + very very very lovely and helpful Personal no matter if reception or Hotel Restaurant. + on of the most beautiful beaches i ever saw + the Beach Bar/Restaurant makes very delicious food and cocktails + the Hotel rooms are nice and Safe - (my Personal opinion) i didnt like the breakfast. Thats my opinion about the, i think they could give the Resort a Star More

Modern hotel, clean rooms, good food. Mostly friendly staff, we liked Stelios and Mike at the restaurant & bar. Great place to have drinks in the evening watching the sun go down, surprisingly few people there though. The pool is small and shallow but fresh water, and never crowded. Good gym facilities, again rarely anyone using them.

I have never seen that much water from that height in my life! The co-workers were really helpfull and the boss had a lot of enthousiasm. After we paid we were in the air in 10 minutes so it's going super fast!

Driving the Jetski was very funny and a nice experience. Its a good thing to do with friends or family. It was a little pricey, but it was worth trying it out. The employees were all friendly and explained everything step by step.

It was a great experience! Everything was thought out well and the crew was very helpfull. We flew very high and saw the best view of the island of Crete! We went here 9 years ago also with the family and the company has only improved ever since. We will defenitely come back some other time to try the watersports again!
