아드미랄 그랜드 호텔(Admiral Grand Hotel)

방에서의 전망은 훌륭합니다. 호텔은 사랑스럽습니다. 직원: 저는 여행 그룹과 함께 여행하고 있는데, 다른 사람들과 우리 사이의 서비스 차이는 명백하고 둔감합니다. 프론트 데스크 직원 1명과 감독자/관리자 1명의 태도가 형편없습니다. 우리 여행 회원 중 한 명이 더러운 화장실이 있는 방을 배정받았을 때 그들은 "내 상관 없음" 태도를 취했습니다. 사과도 없고 설명도 없이 그냥 기다리라고만 했습니다. 10분 후에도 여전히 기다려 보세요. 경영진, 이 여성들에게 얘기해 주세요. 무관심한 태도는 용납되지 않습니다. 귀하의 회사가 단체를 반대한다면 앞으로는 단체 예약을 받지 마세요.

이 호텔은 약간 혼합되어 있지만 노력하고 있지만 등급이 좋지는 않습니다. 음식은 괜찮았지만 특별한 것은 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 카바와 오렌지 주스로 맛있었습니다. 호텔 주변에 흡연이 많습니다. 수영장 주변에 엄청나게 많은 규칙이 있지만 주변에 유리가 없다는 것은 언급되지 않았는데, 이는 이상합니다. 음료 가격은 미쳤고 살펴 봐야합니다. 직원들은 레스토랑에 대해 젊고 경험이 없어 보였지만 친절했습니다. 셰프들이 열심히 노력하고 있었기 때문에 그럴 수는 없었습니다. 옷 등을 보관할 옷장이 없고 서랍도 없어 여행가방을 가지고 생활해야 했습니다. 5성 숙소에는 적합하지 않았습니다. 안락 의자와 우산은 필사적으로 업그레이드가 필요하며 일반 땅에는 거친 선을 부드럽게 하기 위해 약간의 식재가 필요합니다. 대형 유람선이 정박할 때 지역 항구에서 이상한 냄새와 기름이 흘러나오지만 보는 것은 흥미로웠습니다. 이 매우 조용한 마을에는 상점이 거의 없습니다. 일부는 슈퍼마켓이라고 부르기도 하지만 실제로는 구멍가게에 가깝습니다. 리셉션 직원은 특히 칭찬받을 마리아에게 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 전반적으로 흥미로운 숙박이었습니다. 서둘러 돌아가지는 않았지만 괜찮았습니다.

The most beautiful view from room 214, watching the cruise boats sail by, sitting on the balcony listening to the birds, watching the sky..a pleasure! Such a relaxing week 🥰 Food is really good, staff are so friendly, restaurant runs so well by the manager and team, nothing too much, attentive, a pleasure to be served by Jalenna for our stay. One of the most beautiful places on earth Thankyou so much Hotel Admiral 🙏❤️

The hotel is wonderful, just on the beach. We have arranged halfboard and food is excellent. I would single out the friendly stuff and overall service. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. A big plus are the swimming pools and the tennis courts.

Thats the sh*t water in a shower ,and im here with 2 year old daughter and the menager didnt care about it, say to the recepcion we can meet tomorrow. I dont know how im gonna sleep tonight . But they dont care about it . But i wont stop untill everyone know what can hapend here .

We went to the Admiral grand hotel at the end of October. Which is the end of season so there weren’t many guests there.Hotel and the grounds are spotless food was lovely. On the last night they did us a la a carte meal as there was only 7 of us in the hotel. If you like a lively holiday this is not the place to go. As it is a very relaxing place. The drinks in the hotel were very expensive as they only had bottles of beer and no draught beer due to it being end of season they said. So we went out every night down to the marina where you got a lovely pint. And back ground music. The indoor pool and sauna/ steam room is lovely I had it to myself most days as there wasn’t many guests. The staff at reception were helpful but the bar staff/ restaurant staff were not very welcoming. The restaurant manager was very polite. We really enjoyed are stay at the hotel we went for some lovely walks and went to the top of the hill and rang the church bell. We went to ston for the day you get the bus just up the hill it’s a stunning place. We went to Dubrovnik for the day the bus stop is just outside of the hotel. It’s a beautiful place but don’t go the days the cruise ships come in as it’s really busy. Would we return to the Admiral grand hotel No but we will return to Croatia it’s a stunning place.

The hotel was lovely and clean, but the rules were too strict in terms of bringing snacks & drinks to consume in your room, the hotel food & drink was very expensive, there was a supermarket opposite where you could buy a large bottle of water for £1.15 where the hotel was charging £4 for a small bottle, most of the staff were friendly apart from the restaurant manager who never smiled and was quite rude about you filling your water bottle in the restaurant or taking your breakfast away to eat on the beach, the evening buffet was £60 per couple without drinks, so recommend either booking ahead for discounted rate or eating out, the rules around the pool were very strict too, felt like you following prison rules at times, otherwise Croatia is a beautiful Country to visit and the local people are very friendly.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel which looked really impressive on arrival however By the time we left we felt a little relieved for the reasons below: (1) Upon inspecting our lovely clean room, we realised we only had a kettle but no cups or tea bags/ coffee etc. thinking it was overlooked I rang reception and the response nearly bowled me over.. apparently only cups could be sent to the room but to make a hot drink you have to visit the local store opposite the hotel to purchase your own tea bags, milk etc!! Never in my travelling years have i heard something so bizzare and least expected from a hotel that classes itself 5 star.. so you’ve probably gathered, we had to give hot drinks a miss. Other guests complained the bar beverages were awful alongside the staff. (2) The restaurant staff are quite aloof and apart from eagerly taking your drinks order, they do not converse and neither show any signs of wanting to help. We were never welcomed and cannot recall ever being asked if everything was ok.Food was so repetitive over the 4 evenings although it was of decent quality.nevertheless not exactly 5* calibre. An incident worth mentioning was during breakfast, as we were leaving for an excursion at 7.15am I couldn’t finish the nuts selection I had in my plate as well as a tiny bread roll with egg and cucumber I had filled it with. Very politely I walked over to the female assistant on the hot foods section to ask if I could have a small bag to take it with me. She remarked ‘no you can’t remove from restaurant!’ Then hurriedly flagged a manager over as if I was committing theft. She spoke to him in Croatian language upon which he snarled ‘No you can’t remove, it’s hotel policy’ then abrubtly walked off. I couldn’t believe the attitude and it left me feeling like a scolded school kid! I left everything on the table only for the staff to then probably lob it in the bin. Despicable! (3) Drinking water was not available anywhere round the hotel, no dispensers of any kind, not in your room and if you were thirsty, I’m assuming you’d be told ‘go to the store across the road’ We were really taken aback by having to buy water. I don’t feel I would return to this hotel.

I always like to book a hotel and then book again when visiting the country but unfortunately I would never go back to this hotel again. The hotel itself is perfect. The facilities are up there as some of the best, the room is lovely the hotel areas are lovely just great. But that’s where it ends. I have never paid a hotel and received such bad customer service! The waiting staff in the restaurant are the worst Iv ever come across. One lady actually kept looking me up and down like I was dirt of her shoe my husband even caught her behind my back. they would stand in the door way together sniggering and whispering as you walked past. Not welcoming at all and ruined the atmosphere so much, all the other guest were on agreement. We went to get desert they cleared our table before we got back to eat it, the second you put your cutlery down they take your plate. The food was warm not hot and what was be offered was awful I lived on fries for the week. If the staff learned how to treat guests kindly and welcoming and the food improved this hotel would be one of the best people would return, but as it stands I will not give my money to people not happy me being there. Bad experience from us and do not recommend.
