My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing 10 night stay at Têt Rouge this past April. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and spacious, the food was excellent as were the cocktails and breakfast came with delicious fresh tropical fruits and fruit juices every day and all the staff was so wonderfully caring and informative. While the hotel can set you up with a driver who will take you to visit anywhere on the island, Garvin, the hotel manager, will always recommend you rent a car and rive yourself around and he is right. However, do make sure you are a confident driver and are willing to drive on the left before booking a car, as the road conditions can be a challenge and do not allow for any distraction. I was fine driving on the Island, but coming from Canada and living with ice and snow six months out of the year, not much bothers me behind the wheel and I had already driven on the left a few times before arriving. Some things you will encounter while driving are potholes, multiple hairpin turns, steep hills, unpaved roads and no lane divisions anywhere. The bottom line is, Têt Rouge is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for an authentic Saint Lucian experience with caring, personalized service and honest advice on how best to enjoy the Island. It is 100% calm and secluded but definitely not big American style all inclusive which was so delightful for us. We 100% recommend Têt Rouge for anyone looking for a truly authentic local Saint Lucian experience and want to thank Garvin and all the staff once again for our wonderful stay!

What sets this resort apart from its north end, all inclusive, mega resorts is its location and its staff. The crew at Tet Rouge are simply the best. Gavin is the manager who can fulfill whatever you desire. Any request was answered with a smile and “no problem”. I can’t think of anywhere else we have vacationed where we knew the staff by first names. Melissa, George, Corey, Quint, Samantha and Mike are all wonderful hosts who made us feel welcome not only to Tet Rouge but also to their community.

We loved our stay at Tete Rouge. Impeccable service, personalized restaurant service. Very attentive, provided all requested beverages, always with a big smile. Went above and beyond to provide us with an amzing stay. Will certainly return ! Very commendable..

Tet Rouge was delightful. Lovely room, great food, wonderful staff. We loved the entire experience. The staff was particularly good at helping us plan our trips around St. Lucia. They were always attentive. We stayed here a week, and we were sad to leave. I definitely recommend this great resort.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tet Rouge! The rooms were large and spacious and the private terrace was perfect for sipping our morning coffee or having a beer in the afternoon. We loved the outdoor shower! The location was perfect for us - 30 min drive from Soufrière and a lot of the activities we wanted to do, a 10 min drive to Gros Piton which we hiked, and a 4 min drive to Soley Kouche restaurant (so good we went twice). The best part of our stay was the amazing staff. They were all so helpful in booking tours for us, giving advice, arranging guides and airport transfers, and helping with whatever we needed. My husband wanted to make a lamb curry in our room’s kitchenette when we realized we didn’t have a lot of the items needed for cooking like a pot or a chef’s knife - Greg got us all the items from the kitchen so we could cook our dinner. Greg, Garvin, Mike, George, Errol, Samantha and everyone else was fantastic and made our stay at Tet Rouge so enjoyable!

Relaxed, friendly and comfortable place. The staff are absolutely lovely people, kind, helpful and genuinely fun. If you’re looking for something different to the standard inclusive carribean experience, then give this place a go, we were very pleased that we did!

Avoid , avoid, avoid. Bugs everywhere. Bathrooms haven’t been updated in 20 years, tile grout hasn’t been cleaned in years. White liquid white-out used on toilet seats to hide chip marks, the list goes on. Garvin is irresponsible. Awful, awful, awful.

Lovely tiny hotel! We stayed in one of the two rooms behind the pool and loved the location and easy access to the pool and restaurant. Since the hotel is so small, we had no sound issues being that close to the pool and loved spending time out there to soak in the view. The restaurant was good! Although ordering in advance took some getting used to. Breakfast was eggs or cereal / coffee/ fruit / bread & jam - all very fresh and made to order. The room itself was huge! We loved the outdoor shower and the apartment-like feeling, which made it feel like more of a home than a room. We didn't need all that much space but it was lovely to have. Staff was very welcoming - Garvin was helpful in the mornings and Gregory was a great host to welcome us home in the afternoons / evenings. Location: Tet Rouge is well-situated within an approximate 15-25 mins drive of all the nearby attractions, including Soufriere. We rented a car and while the roads did take some getting used to, we adapted quickly and really loved the jungle road that takes you to/from the hotel to all the nearby attractions. I especially loved driving it at night! Roll the windows down and just listen to the jungle sounds - truly amazing! I would recommend this hotel as a lovely place to stay in the southern part of St. Lucia.

Really enjoyed my short stay here. Unfortunately, due to terrible planning on my part, I was only really able to spend like 14 hours at the hotel. The room was HUGE and very comfortable for two people. The staff were the nicest people ever and were so helpful arranging transit. They even offered to open the kitchen a bit early so we could eat before our afternoon flight! The food was an absolute stand out, the best food I had on the island. The pool was great and the vibe here felt more like older couples and people just there to relax. I'm kicking myself for not having enough time to get to the nearby beach (about a 20 minute walk), but I'll just have to come back. The stand outs here are the view, amazing food, mellow vibes, and huge rooms.
