호텔 파피(Hotel Papi)

The hotel was clean and nice, the rooms needed to be updated, but it wasn't too bad. We arrived after midnight. The man who checked us in was amazing he gave the kids some water and snacks as everything was shut. The location of the hotel is good. The beach is litterally at the end of the road (across the road) Loads of food shops/souvenir shops There is a pharmacy 7 mins down the road there is also loads of desert shops and cafes. Mcds is about a half an hour walk, maybe longer. Train station is not far loads of buses around. Swimming pool.area was lovely Weather was lovely. I would come again but without the kids as they didn't like the area!

Unpleasant staff. Everything for an extra fee, e.g. a fridge, that's complete nonsense. Food very weak except for desserts. The cleanliness of the rooms is insufficient. Hotel for undemanding clientele.

We stayed room only, needed a kettle etc as bar didn't open until 9am. We could have brought breakfast in the restaurant for 8 euros each but had heard not great reviews about it. The bar area is really nice, the pool is small and it was really cold when we went, the waterfall wasn't working while we was there. The location of this hotel is really good, lots of restaurants and bars within a short distance and the beach literally a few mins away. Our room was a bit tired I emailed the hotel before we arrived requesting a room with a walk in shower and this was made available to us. I would come back to the hotel but would get a private transfer from the airport rather than do the 2 hour transfer provided by travel agent.

Really friendly hotel ,had a great time, the people in the bar area were exceptional and also the reception, the restaurant manageress was the only issue and was very rude but I'm not going to hold that against this lovely hotel

I loved staying at hotel Papi. The food was great, the staff was amazing, and the pool was nice too! Andrea from the kids club was the best at engaging at entertaining my little one and at animating and hyping up everyone including adults in the night time activities. The dining staff also treated my son and my family so well he felts like a prince. Especially Noelia and Luis in the dinning we’re extra kind! Completely recommend!

Hotel partly refurbished and in need of a full update and modernisation. Pool looks great but freezing cold. Food in buffett as expected, nothing exciting but plenty of choice. Bar prices reasonable. Only problem was too many smokers. Outside bar areas thick with smokers and ashtrays full of butt's. Modern hotels seek to provide facilities for smokers but us lot who don't smoke were outcasts and had to go off site for fresh air. Weekly rave in nearby property until 5am preventedanyone at hotel from sleeping all night. Apparently nothing can be done about it. Staff very friendly but hotel is lacking in modern expectations. Watch out for the car park for mobility scooters and walking aids that stacks up in the reception! 6/10

First time we've stayed here but wont be the last. Staff are lovely, manager is great, rooms are specious and comfy, food is varied and tasty, pool areas offer lots of safe fun for the kids with a lifeguard always near by, location is close to shops and the beach if you fancy a change. Loved it and looking forward to going back!!

It's ok generally, food is also good, but there are many buts: - first of all, it looks like Guests are not welcome here. They just interrupt. - pool is very small and full of people. There is no opportunity even to few minuts of swimming - service is ok, but few members are not very nice - don't go all inclusive - almost all drinks are limited and you are left with only few.

Great pool area, very well organized staff, all very welcoming, changed our room as too high up without any problems, all the pool area are spotless, food is plentiful, good selection for everyone. Would visit again, location is great, room cleaned very day, nothing not to like
