PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE RESERVATION!(Cititi inainte de a rezerva).First of all, we could not sleep…walls are PAPER THIN you can hear everything,when people shower,talk etc.Second of all,the breakfast was so poor we preferred to skip it sometimes very very FEW dishes that do not ever change.Third of all, if you are late for check out even for an hour you pay for an entire night(70€) and get kicked out of the room. Last of all, do not eat at their restaurant ever!!!!You will get sick P.S : Ants are everywhere: shower, room, fridge so prepare for an ambush of insects that crawl in your bed.

The rooms are pretty small. There is not enough space to put 2 weeks worth of clothing in it. There should be everyday room cleaning but it skipped a few days. The worst part is that in the rooms by the reception and the breakfast area the noise is loud, very loud, and please for your own sake do not accept to stay in that area ! Some days even with ear plugs we can still hear all the noise and fuss ! There is a breakfast that is basic. The walk to the nearest beach is around 10 minutes. Parking spaces are ok. Overall, cheap hotel, do not expect much. Our rating is based mainly on the noise we could hear coming from the restaurant/breakfast area .

Very good pozition, bus station in front of hotel, tours, beach. Clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Beach is about 5 min walk and is very large, beutiful, fine sand. Heraklion at half hour with bus 1.5 eu ticket. A successful stay here.

Clean, quiet hotel with a clean pool and a nice restaurant. Breakfast was standard and dinner was delicious and imaginative. The staff were pleasant and tried to accommodate. The sea is not far away. We went to a more distant beach, where the entrance to the sea was more gradual. We booked a trip to the water park at the hotel. The bus was parked exactly. The perfect thing is that there is a public transport stop in front of the hotel, so you can easily get to the city center and the airport.

I stayed here for 7 nights, on vacation with my husband and my two-year-old daughter, in perioada 6-12 septembrie. We really liked the island of Crete, but not the hotel .... Let me start with the pluses: - The lady at the reception very kind, ready to help you at any time - Varied and tasty breakfast - the blonde lady from the breakfast service, very nice and smiling - the view from the hotel room was good - I got a room with a view of the pool, quite quiet - The food at the restaurant (for a fee) is very tasty, the portions are generous and the waiters are very kind when you order. For every order, the dessert was from the house: fruit salad - in front of the hotel there is a bus stop - I booked an optional trip to Spinalonga, at the reception, departing at 7:30. We were served breakfast at 7 o'clock Now the minuses: - the cleanliness was poor - the the towels and the bedding was changed only once in 7 nights - very old bathroom without window or fan for steam - the extremely small shower, every time I took a shower, the bathroom flooded and there wasn't even a mop to wipe the tiles - I had accommodation with half board, but at dinner, although I paid for 3 people, each time I received food only for me and my husband - dinner is not a buffet as we were informed, at the so-called buffet, only a few types of salads are served, the second course consists of only one type of food that the chef wanted for that day. Mainly meat with potatoes,rice or vegetables and sauce, but for those who do not tolerate sauces, they were not ok at all. The dessert consists of fruits. - on the first evening I wanted to take my daughter takeaway potatoes, but the gentleman who served the meal did not let us under any circumstances, accusing that the hotel's policy does not allow takeaway meals (the one from the half board), even if we were talking about a child for two years she was not willing to eat at the table with so many people around. However, he told us that we can order (for a fee) anything from the restaurant and we can take it away. - Last night we asked them to make mashed potatoes for our little girl, but they apologized that they had no more potatoes - all the time we felt that someone was following us, so at the pool there were 3 ladies keeping an eye on the tourists so they wouldn't do anything wrong. And at the restaurant during dinner, one of the waiters stayed behind us all the time to check how much we were eating. He always asked us if we wanted to order something else in addition to what we received. We skipped dinner a few nights because the food served at half board was not to our taste, but especially to our little girl's taste - juices, coffe and water at the dispenser - it is not a child-friendly location at all: the swings in the yard were broken, apart from the pool, I didn't see anything else for the little one to fill her time with!!! - the pool is deep, but it is quite small, the schedule at the pool is very strange from 11 to 18

Amazing hotel! I booked this hotel as the cheapest offer from our tour operator and it turned out as the best one ever. A very attentive and friendly staff, good food, close to the sea and very comfortable location for driving car, convenient place for excursion pick up. I suggest to eat dinner in the hotels restaurnat Maxim - nice food and the service ☺️ there is a small supermarket few steps from the hotel, nice night club Sensis. Sun beds in the beach are for free, need to buy some drinks. I am strongly suggest this hotel both to families with kids and sweet couples!
