파랄로스 라이프스타일 비치(Paralos Lifestyle Beach Adults Only)

It was our 3rd time in the Paralos and as always, It was great! From the very friendly reception staff, over to the restaurant staff (especially maitre d'hotel George, Vasso, and Georgios in the a la carte) and to bar staff Eleni - dont want to forget to mention Maria from the evening cleaning staff - all of these people have been exceptionally friendly, kind and great! We will be back again, as this whole concept is remarkable! If anyone is looking for a chill time, peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Oh and before I forget, bus services run regularly and it was no problem at all taking the bus in to Heraklion or even to Knossos! Just calculate some more time in than google says, traffic can be epic in Heraklion itself! :)

I just got a very relaxing and professional neck back and shoulders massage from Kallia. The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, very friendly and professional staff, the food in the restaurants is also very good with a lot of choices on the menu. The breakfast wow... Daniel from Belgium

Beautiful accommodations, fabulous food, great massage at spa by Kallia! The beach is right there with lounges, umbrellas and bar service. Local shops are conveniently close and the historic town of Heraklion only 15 min ride from hotel.

An amazing hotel on a beach with sun-loungers and beach bar offering a very tasty food. At the hotel is a very calm, relaxing atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful receptionists and staff ever, lovely and great impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and beautiful, also not far from the Heraklion.

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The food was excellent. The facilities were clean, fresh & new. The beach front & poolside was clean with very comfortable loungers. The beach front bar was very nice, with fantastic views. The Gym yoga & exercise instructors were very good. I personally would have like more options of class times.

Dear Paralos Lifestyle Team, we was for our honeymoon one Week in your very luxury and nicely Resort. We would like to thank you for our very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything was great. The hole staff, the food, the breakfast, the Service. The Man from the house technic who switches us the light outside off. :-)) and don’t to forget the cleaning Team. Everything. The hole Area was very clean and every wish that we had was done immediately. The Rooms were very clean. The beach Area Also. Also we want to give a big thank you and hug to MARIA. She and her Team have done a great Job to feel us comfortable when we had our Dinner and Breakfast. She was having always a smile on her face and she could read our wishes bevor we said something. We’ve just returned from the most wonderful stay at the Paralos Lifestyle Beach Hotel. We couldn’t believe we’d found a hotel with such consistently good reviews but this really is an exceptionally run and thoughtfully designed hotel. It is very hard to find fault. The staff are wonderful, welcoming, helpful with such high levels of service. The hotel is so well laid out. Low rise and spread out so you really don’t get disturbed by others whether in your bedroom or at one of the many pool areas available. They have their own private beach too and the most wonderful beds in all sunbathing areas with umbrellas for those who prefer to be in the shade. The sunbeds are nicely spaced out and cleaned every day and there is even a special button by every bed to call the waiter and order food and drink. This resort is completely set up to help you completely relax and unwind. There are 2 restaurants for breakfast so it doesn’t get boring as different options available at each and the same for dinner too. Plus plenty of options for all diet types - loads of veggie options and lots of vegan too - and the chef and cooking team are so helpful and accommodating in terms of non-dairy milks and other vegan options. There are pros and cons to all rooms. Our room was facing the construction site next door but it wasn’t an issue and never heard any noise when we were there. The balcony was great for drying towels and swim wear, they never got dusty or dirty, and the room and bathroom were beautifully designed with lovely toiletries available along with slippers and beach towels provided too. By being on this side of the hotel, we were away from the venue on the other side of the hotel which occasionally held music concerts. We couldn’t hear a thing. Having said that, we’re already planning our return and would love one of the swim up rooms. Credit to the manager who is a class act. She was around all week working with the staff and very active and hands on. Not hidden behind a desk or in an ivory tower like some hotel managers. Also shout out to George at the a la carte restaurant and healthy breakfast who made our stay so special and was such fun on the Greek night with Cretan music and dancing. Every night at the beach bar there is a different musical act. It never runs too late and is at the far end of the hotel so doesn’t impact any of the rooms. The salsa on our first night was fantastic and the Cretan theme on our last night was a perfect end. Thank you so much to everyone.

Husband and I had a lovely few days relaxing at this hotel. We opted for the double room plus swim up room where we also has access to private seating and access to swimming pool shared with two other rooms. Plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner to suit most dietary requirements. You have the choice to order lunch from the hotel menu or venture out to the local tavernas. Within walking distance, there are local shops and a pharmacy to buy food, water and medicine, if you need anything. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, waterfall shower. Rooms were cleaned everyday. This was a special treat for husbands birthday but would come back to Paralos again.
